I thought it began extremely Benjen, with a Benjen fight between Benjen and the not-Benjen. It was a fairly Benjen episode for the most part. But we did get a Benjen from Walder Frey, Edmure Tully and some Benjen of fairly forgotten Benjen, such as the Brotherhood without Benjen, the Riverlands and such. No Benjen from Jon or team Stark, though they were Benjen'd. Sam met his parents, and the Benjen over Benjen. Good stuff. Gilly got on my Benjen s as always, and I though we'd finally be Benjen of her, but she came back in. That was totally not Benjen. King's Landing and Bravo's were Benjen. I thought Mace looked very Benjen in his armour. Manly Benjen Manly man. That's how I'd describe it. High Benjen is a crafty Benjen. Makes you Benjen what his end Benjen is...
All in all, A great Benjen
10/10 for Benjen. The rest was 8.
But Ben for Benjen.

8. Pros - King's Landing is finally picking up pace. Amazing to see the Tyrell host. - Horn Hill. The actor who plays Randyll is sublime. Sam wielding Heartsbane. - Braavos is picking up too, very good scenes there tonight. The Waif vs Arya should be good. - Dany's speech was amazing, gave me chills. - BENJEN! - MAD KING - BWB mention, LSH hype Cons - No LSH - Not enough Aerys II - I can't think of any actual cons at the minute, quite slow perhaps?

9. Liked pretty much everything with KL being the weakest part. Horn Hill, Benjen, and Dany/Drogon were the highlights for me.

It might actually be good that it's locked right now...I cannot decide between a 7 or an 8.
Liked: Jaime getting something to do and doing it well. Nikolaj was so good this episode. BENJEN!!!! I love to hate Walder Frey. This is how you write a good villain. Ramsey is not how you write a good villain. Tommen joining the Faith. Ha-ha Cersei. Second episode Ramsey free! I liked Kings Landing this episode. Seeing the Mad King.
Didn't really care for: Sam/Gilly/Horn Hill. Glad that Gilly stood up to Randall Tarly and glad the show made him so hatable. But I just want Sam in Oldtown already. His mother and sister should run away from home though. I know this won't be popular here but Dany triumphant with a dragon and making a speech is getting a little old. Then again, I need her in Westeros as of yesterday too.
The sads: Mentions of Robb, Catelyn and Talisa. Bran's visions of the past, especially Ned's death.
Edit to add: I went with an 8 for Benjen.

6/10 for me An alright episode, though possibly the weakest this season (if we take Dorne out of the equation anyway ). Liked; BURN THEM ALL! Meera and Bran were great too, and I liked the Benjen return (I guess it's a Coldhands/Benjen merge Walder Frey's scene was perfect and he was just portrayed so wonderfully by David Bradley Dany's speech was really good with strong performance by Emilia. Alright; Sept rescue Braavos. Finding Needle again was the highlight, and music was brilliant, but otherwise rather dull and the writing seemed a bit clumsy. Other KL stuff Disliked; Horn Hill. Lovely location, but as usual I found the dialogue for Sam and Gilly quite poor and was generally uninterested throughout those scenes. This last bit doesn't affect my score at all, but I thought the dinner scene seemed really poorly lit. I didn't knock marks off though since it could just be my screen

9 A decent midseason episode, with more set up than anything else, and the first episode with zero deaths. I would've given it an 8, but Benjen turned it into a 9. FUCK YEAH BENJEN IS BACK BITCHES

It was a good episode, I can't really complain about any particular scene,, however, I gave it an 8 because it was not a riveting as last week's and I gave that a 9. Like Nezzer said, it's a good mid season episode.

I gave it an 8. It was a good set up episode. The one thing that felt out of place was Dany's scene. There was nothing wrong with her scene, it was a good scene, it just felt out of place. Randyll Tarly was perfect. I wish someone would introduce the High Sparrow to Ramsey. Since Tyrion, Tywin, Joffrey, Varys and Littlefinger departed from Kings Landing, the story has gone downhill. So any episode that is Kings Landing heavy will struggle to get a higher vote from me. It used to be my favourite, but now something is missing. Bran's part was good. I could do with looking at his flashbacks in slow-mo. I bet I missed loads of stuff. Arya, finally her story is going forward. Walder Frey, can always rely on Walder Frey for entertainment. Finally - Uncle Benjen. About bloody time.

FUCK YEAH BENJEN IS BACK BITCHES Same here, I was thinking 8 but I can't stop being so hyped about Benjen/Coldhands and the implications of that going forward so it bumps it up to a lower end 9 for me!

I gave it an 8. I thought it was stronger than the premiere and "Oathbreaker" though.

8/10 for me.
Le Good:
- Benjen, ladies and gentlemen. Benjen fucking Stark.
- Since his introduction back in Season 1, Walder Frey is and has been the best written villian in the show, IMHO.
- King's Landing was very entertaining, although not brilliant.
- No Ramsay and No Dorne.
- Dany and Drogon back together! Dany's speech was quite good for once.
Le Not So Good:
- Horn Hill. It was Ok, and the actor who plays Randyll is very, very good, but the scene didn't do much for me.
- Arya. It was great to see Needle again, but it was a bit dull.
Overall, a nice middle episode. Slower than the last two, and that's Ok. It's the calm before the storm...

8, a boring episode but decent and very good pace to how the storyline should be handle. Shows how spoilt we've been this season if this episode is considered boring! Tempted to give it a 10 tbh because I found it near perfect for the kind of episode it was, yet the flaws remain and it wasn't mind-blowing so 9 it is.
