I also just had to gif Jaime RIDING UP THE STEPS That was definitely major hot. I'm not sure who was more hot, Jaime acting like a boss, or the horse and it's amazing step climbing skills!

This one was a tough one to rate. I will have to agree with the majority and give it an 8. I would have given it a 7, but we really needed an episode to calm down and build up for next episode. Ep 7 will be huge. BLACKFISH HYPE! ++ Benjen and Coldhands merged. Good to see him back and his disappearance was explained. Good stuff. Hopefully Bran will talk about Hodor and Summer and not just forget them like he did Jojen + Bran's flashback montage was awesome as well. I would have liked a longer scene with Jaime and the mad king. + Randyll Tarly and his family was so awesome, loved all the Horn hill scenes.. but on a downside it dragged on too long. + Jaime leaves for the RL. FINALLY! + Freys + Edmure are back. So hyped for the Blackfish!! Credit to D&D by mentioning the Blackwoods and Mallisters. Riverlands story line better be good. We can cope without LSH, and aBwB rallying the smallfolk? Nah, Beric is back.+ Drogon +/- Braavos. This one might have dragged a bit too long as well. Finally Arya made the right choice and we should see some cool action next episode. - KL. What a sloppy way of ending the Margaery- hostage situation. I knew this was coming but it felt lame. After all the tension and hype it falls like this. Thankfully there's more to come. - Dany's "badass" moments have been quite underwhelming this season. This one especially. - Jaime and Cersei still being together. Why can't the Lannister siblings have a bitter farewell for once?!

EDIT: Just realised: The fap must have 3 heads (i used it three times and you have to write fap 3 times to use it )
Wait, what? The fap has three heads? Is this a rule I'm not familiar with in this thread?
Please do explain. lol
Lol I don't know what I was saying last night Basically I was playing on the saying "the dragon must have 3 heads" and Dany's prophecies of 3 fires etc. Since the coding of the fap emoticon has the word written three times. Thankyou @envie ! I enjoy writing them up actually but they are no Ozzyman

This was a decent episode, I gave it an 8. It was a lot slower than the other episodes and it didn't have the same kind of punch to it, but I've always really enjoyed piece-moving episodes with lots of dialogue. I particularly liked Horn Hill, the Twins and Braavos. KL was also quite good (that Cersei speech! ). I LOVED all those trippy visions Bran had, but I thought the Benjen reveal was a bit underwhelming. They should have emphasized it stronger by making it more emotional and putting it at the end of the episode. The CGI during Dany's scene was good and Emilia's acting was flawless, but I thought the scene was a bit repetitive. All in all, a good episode with minor flaws and a slower pacing.

I must be in the minority here, but Benjen's return did nothing for me. I couldn't have cared less if we never saw him again edit: in books and show I mean

This one was hard to rate, but I gave it an 8. I'm a poet, and I didn't even know it. It moved so fast...in fact, there was constant motion. That's what this episode was about, major plot movements, learning secrets, setting things in motion, but only one major pay-off, getting to see Benjen. This was the kind of episode that gives a girl a cloner with no release. I thought everything about the opening scene was brilliant, the way it was shot in the snow with the zombies, Meera's and Bran's acting. I finally understood why Bran and Bloodraven didn't wake up when the White Walkers came. He was literally received a download from the weirnet. Seeing the Mad King and seeing wildfire ignite inside of Kings Landing. And then when Benjen showed up with that flaming zombie killing mace and his...what is that thing, zombie fucker-upper on a chain...awesome. I love the story of what happened to him. It makes so much sense. And now Bran has an adult ally. Thank the gods!! This is fast becoming one of the most interesting plots. Questions: Why does Benjen know what Bran has seen? Did he see the vision download Bran was having? If so, how? Was it because he was being "called" at the same time? Does the Night King have a similar ability to see what Bran sees? By the way, I like to throw out the phrase cripples, bastards, and broken things a lot, but I really do appreciate what George's story and this show are doing for people with dwarfism, paraplegics, and disabled people, in general. I used to work at an agency that did stuff for the disabled and have a lot of disabled acquaintances still. Lack of representation is something that bothers them, especially disabled kids. Can you think of many other shows where people with major disabilities get to be major players? We all enjoy being able to see ourselves on the screen. Loved everything about the Tarley scene. That was high drama. It was refreshing to see a Wildling woman interact with an old school patriarch at his table. Her eyes said "I ain't afraid of you, motherfucker." And why should she be? She's come face to face with a White Walker, and her own father used her and her sisters as a harem. She will never see anything as scary as all that. Heartsbane is very cool. It's so plain and smooth and heavy looking. I'm excited to see Sam learn more about Valyrian steel. I do not believe that Margaery is really reformed, but she did a good job convincing Tommen. I think she just decided to she had to get Loras free, and she didn't know that Lady Olenna and the Twins had a better plan. Mace's horse being led by someone else. It's these little details that make his character so hilarious. Margaery is about to walk, but doesn't walk. The armies are about to fight, but don't fight. So much tension, no release! I imagine the release is coming soon. Walder Frey is the best villain in this series. I was mortified at myself for it, but I laughed when he slapped his poor child bride's ass to put a point on a comment. He's the absolute worst! I can't wait to see him die. I think Edmure is a goner. I wonder if the poor guy got to have sex with Roslyn before they put him in the dungeons. I finally decided why I didn't love the ending scene with Dany. It had all the elements of a scene I should love. She was powerful and beautiful. The speech was pretty good and echoed Drogo's speech, which was very cool. She had all those blood riders, the mountains, the dessert. Drogon is absolutely amazing, and the special effects for him are really stellar now. So, why I didn't love it: The last sentence was just too lame for an epic Dany speech: "Are you with me? Now? And Always?" Sounds like a bad love song. The other reason is that the Dothraki don't scare me anymore. They looked comical hooting and twirling in front of that beast of a dragon. I did really love this line, "You're a conqueror, Daenerys Stormborn." Yes, she is. I think she's Aegon the Conqueror reborn, and instead of taking Westeros with two sisters as he did, she'll take it with a brother and a nephew.

Because of the mark he put in Bran's hand? I meant how could he be inside one of brans visions if he didn't have the power to access them He wasn't inside the vision the same way Bloodraven and Bran are. He was there the same way Ned was at ToJ vision. The Night King most likely just felt Bran's presence and grabbed him, like Wylis saw Bran later on in the episode.

I'm not sure if I interpreted it the same. It seemed like an odd vision for Bran to go to in the first place.
