Tywin would have never given Mossador the chance to kill the master, because he would've executed the master the moment he was captured and he would've displayed his corpse as a warning. If for some reason he decided to deal with the master like Dany did, Tywin would've killed Mossador and silence the crowd by threatening to do the same to them if they don't shut up. Very true. Dany wanted to be a fair and just ruler and give a fair trial. Tywin wasn't just, but he was a hell of a ruler. I think what Dany lacks is decisiveness. She just stood there like a sheep making her mind instead of having her mind already made up once she faced the crowd |

She started to hesitate her decision and the crowd pressure nerved her. Not good. This is pretty much her whole ADWD arc. She struggles with her convictions and becomes increasingly indecisive which leads to all manner of problem. She forgets what she is fighting for and begins to give in to the Masters, the very same things she had been fighting for a few months before. This of course leads to her being disillusioned and despondent at times, culminating in Daznal where she strips away her floppy ears and realizes she could never be someone who just stands around letting things be because that's how they've always been just to keep the "peace". It's not in her nature. Anyhow, as for the show I think we'll see her become more and more indecisive afraid of being wrong. |

I think the chat with Barristan RE: her father will probably fuel a lot of her indecisiveness. I think had he not told her the truth just before it all happened then maybe the crowd response wouldn't have nerved her quite as much as it did.

Interesting from the 'sneak' pics last summer from Split it was ferreted out that Maisie and Gary Oliver were in that scene in front of the House of Black and White now we know Cedric Henderson was the first 'Kindly Man' , but , and that shot had to be done in Split, Tom Wlaschiha really hid away. They did keep that under wraps (kinda) for a long time.
Poor old Gary Oliver knew he might only get two more scenes but hoping they would be just a little extended since that guy has a very distinctive voice.

This is so perfect and was exactly what I was thinking as I watched that scene and laughed. They made Lolys into some sort of vapid teenage fangirl who just saw Harry Styles and he kissed her hand or something LOL. It was precious. |
