The first trailer is finally here! Any Hunger Games fans? I read the books multiple times, but refused to see the movies until Mockingjay Part 1. I turned into a massive fangirl of those too after seeing it. Plus it has our lovely Westerosi ladies Natalie and Gwendoline in it.

YESSSS. I really loved the previous movies. Can't wait. Interesting that we don't see much of Peeta in the trailer, but that was to be expected.

It is pretty cool that they filmed some scenes in Berlin. The front around 0:50 ist the arrival hall of the old Berlin airport Tempelhof, which is going to be District 2. (If any of you ever visits Berlin, you have to see it! It is a massive place in the middle of the city and you can do all kinds of sports there on the runways. ) Some indoor shots were filmed in this old power plant. I suppose this administrative will be a district building. And this cement plant will be District 8.

Am I the only one who hated the first part? It just felt like nothing happened at all and there shouldn't have been a split. At least in the first pat of Deathly Hallows, stuff happened and their was an emotional climax for them to end on. But the first part of Mockingjay just felt slow, boring, and unnecessary.

But nice to know that they filmed there.

I like these slightly shabby industrial buildings, they're perfect for this movie.

I really liked the books and I dislike the movies. Shame, they had such potential.

I think 1 & 2 are better books, but 3.1 & 3.2 will make better movies.

I think it is due to the huge amount of fighting scenes. I don't know if I have a weak imagination (I hope not ), but I tend to read over fighting scenes because it is so much happening, yet it sometimes drifts into details and my mind has a hard time getting all these things together.

Fingers crossed this is better than Part 1 I adore Lawgend and I love the books, but thought Part 1 was a let down, compared to the first two at least.

I admit I haven't seen the three alltogether, but Mockingjtyay Part 1 was the most outstandig for me. But I bet they saved the best for last. I could listen to Jennifer throaty voice all day. And Sam Claflin is the best Finnick they could find. Edit: While googling Sam I found out he will be in a movie with Emilia. Edit 2: This sounds like an awfully cheesy Nicholas Sparks novel. (puke)

I'm so excited!
I love the books, I read all three of them in 3and a half days. It was intense. I've really enjoyed the movies as it is one of the few film series that have kept true to the books. I think the weakest of the films was the first one The Hunger Games. I'm never going to forgive Gary Ross for taking away Katniss scream of Peeta when she finds out that two tributes can survive the games. Also, his vision of the capital was a joke. Francis Lawrence has been great in the two films he's directed.
As for Mockingjapy Part 1, I really enjoyed it. I thought it was emotionally gripping. I was so depressed after I left the film but loved the fact that it got to me.

Yeah, The Hunger Games is probably my least favourite too. I'll have to rewatch it though, I think I've seen it twice. I was so skeptical of the films in the beginning. Mainly because Gale and Peeta looked nothing like I imagined them. But Liam and Josh have grown on me. I do think they should've made Liam look a little bit scruffier, I mean this guy doesn't look as if he's going hunting everyday.

Yeah, I do think Liam is actually way too handsome for Gale, but Josh was a good choice for Peeta. Watching interviews with Jen and Josh is my favourite thing ever. They are hilarious on their own, but a whole different thing when put together.

My friend hates Josh Huchenson playing Peeta, she still can't get over it. Although, she enjoys the movies she always makes a comment about how wrong Josh is for playing Peeta. He would not have been my first choice but he's grown on me.
