Aren't those tents behind the soldiers? It looks like Stannis' camp more than the Wall...

I think Jon could die in ep 9. Show doesn't like cliff hangers much so I think in ep 10 well have his 'resurrection' or whatever happens. Poor Shireen. Please Sam, take her to Oldtown!!! It looks bad, so bad... But seriously would Baratheon soldiers just stand around while she burns a child?! Oh God the possibility of both Jon and Stannis being dead in ep.10 and her doing this to bring 'Azor Ahai' and instead of Stannis Jon rises is so fucking possible rn :/
The only hope I have is that they cast the wolf for season 6 so I assume Jon is gonna warg a bit before coming back I imagine most of the soldiers are believers in the Lord of Light and would standby if Mel said he commanded/wanted it.

Oh God I hate her so much Thinking about it logically, why would Selyse be emotional? - Stannis is dead and Selyse has just seen his body (perhaps flayed?)
- She let Shireen be burnt because she doesn't really care for her, only to have her love for Shireen be awakened by the realisation she is burning to death.
- She's fallen off her horse and Mel laughed at her.

First is out because look at Melisandre - it's the same scene and she is definitely not horrified

Or Stannis won't let her burn Shireen and she's all like "But the lord needs her!" but Stannis just says "Fuck the Lord of Light" then... and he and Shireen don't die. I ultimately can't see Stannis burning Shireen. Not after episode 4. She is his daughter. He was willing to risk everything to save her from greyscale, he ain't giving her up for Mel. At least I hope not... That would seriously kill his fanbase hard. Of course if Stannis is dead on the other hand. IMO these may all be done to lure us into seeing this conclusion. And the U=turn into something else, like Mel leaving. The Hard decision could just as easily be Marching on Winterfell, especially given how conditions are looking it the ep7 preview clip.

Wow, "celebration of athleticism" This is on the same level as "Sam and Gilly meet an older gentleman". That was one of the best troll jobs ever. I still laugh just thinking about it

Mel is looking wayyy too pleased with herself. I don't like it. Protect Shireen at all costs. I really don't know what I'll do with myself if I have to watcher her burn just to resurrect Jon.

"Pleased with herself" is kind of Mel's default expression. In the actual trailer I thought she actually looked a tad worried.

To resurrect Jon? Hell no. If Jon wants to die because of Olly, then let him. That wonderful lil' Shireen aint getting burned because Olly has gotta be a prick.

Kinda hard to see because they're blurry but the one guy looks mad maybe? And the other one without the helmet is not looking in that direction at all. Could they just be cold? Could I be exaggerating? Could someone be burning? All valid questions.

I still just think that they've halted their march because they've spotted Winterfell through the snow.

I'm not convinced those are from the same scene. The connection that they're both standing outside in the snow and there are soldiers behind them both is fairly inconclusive. Probable, but I wouldn't give it much more than the same 65% chance that I gave Jorah getting grayscale before 5.05 aired.
I was just thinking though that if Jon gets back to the Wall in 5.09 that means he is likely either stabbed in 5.09 or the Pink Letter arrives in 5.10. I don't like the idea of doing delayed fall out of "For the Watch" in 5.10 based on Hardhome events gleaned in 5.09. Thus it should either be something new presented in 5.10 or not at all.
Oh, and if Shireen gets burned at the stake it will make 5.06 look like I Love Lucy.

I think the decision will be about to send or not to send Shireen & Selyse & Mel back to the Wall.

I think the decision will be about to send or not to send Shireen & Selyse & Mel back to the Wall. This.. or then just a simple decision of attacking or retreating. I think that the shot of Selyse is her falling from a horse because she's starving and knackered.

Oh my god... this episode description... these pictures of Mel and Sel... this episode already scares the hell out of me, and it's still two weeks to go ... :-(
