That would be good but I just don't know... Her and Liam seem like trolls a little bit. Either they want people to get excited or they just want to give out hints? But that quote could also come from any actor other in the show, too. Its a spoiler to say if you live or die. They can't say "well next season" because they're saying they'll live. Gotta leave it ambiguous. But I'm all for her dying ASAP. It's kind of a shame because I kinda like her in the books (so far anyway) but when you start threatening kids you gotta go. I mean yeah Edric Storm but...eh I don't know anymore. |

Well, but she has said in a previous interview that her... attention to Jon Snow was just beginning, implying there was more to come between Mel and Jon. I think she gave that interview before S5 or at least before she had the boob scene with Jon. |

Slightly off topic but not really: just realized I have off the week after the finale. If shit goes down I will need every day of that to start recovery. But I may never recover. Gotta prepare for the worst!

I think Mel survives. Carice gave an interview and mentioned something about next season but then quickly corrected herself saying she didn't know what was coming. She might go early S6 though I suppose.
I also 100% believe in her magic and think without her, Stannis is basically fucked.

You said Carice mentioned something about next season, and a user here -> asoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/topic/120323-season-5-predicted-deaths-book-and-show-spoilers/page-14 said Liam let slip that he's filming in NI in July. In the books, both are POV characters, and I expect both to live longer than Stannis. No need to worry about them, I'd say... It's Stannis and Shireen I fear for  |

Why would she walk around in Winterfell if he didn't? Unless that only happens if he sacrifices Shireen. I think sacrificing Shireen would make Stannis king. I don't think it would necessarily hurt if he didn't sacrifice Shireen for the Battle of Winterfell. He could win that without the sacrifice. Edit: wow I used the word sacrifice a lot. |
