Am I the only person on here who is pretty sure that this is not going to happen? I don't think it happens either. Too many bonding scenes with Shireen to make him subtly turn like that. Unless D&D are hellbent on portraying him as a villain, and in that case we wouldn't have had those scenes in the first place. Agreed. They've played up Stannis' humanity more on the show and made Melisandre more the villain so there's probably going to be another confrontation between them, or maybe Davos and her since Davos hates her anyways. She's going to say f*ck this and leave! Shireen's safety is pretty guaranteed between Davos and Stannis so long as crazy-shit Ramsay doesn't screw anything up.

Confirmation that the Ser Meryn brothel material will be in ep. 509.
"Starts" on GoT? Does that mean the material will be stretched over 2 episodes? Nice find btw!

Really I should've looked up the name sooner this week though. Just thought to check on her again now. IIRC it was me who found out that she, Ollie Kram and Irma Mali would be playing Braavosi courtesans in s5 (back in November was it? I dunno). What a painful time that was, searching these beautiful models' resumes and social media for show info... But we have to make sacrifices for the show, don't we, folks?

Especially if they are going to extend Arya's time as a faceless men trainee, which it seems they are doing because they are bringing that circus troupe in next season.

The only thing I'm getting from this - EW = Useless According to a WOTW comment, there's this from EW's latest print edition:
"Twitter is going to explode on Sunday because every character could suffer a horrible fate as the series shifts into perilous double-jeopardy overdrive with every story line rocked by a major shake-up.” Expect that Daenerys will preside over the opening of the Meereen fighting pits as Thrones has its epic Gladiator moment, that Cersei’s downfall will add another shock to the show’s list of most notorious scenes, that Sansa’s relationship with Ramsey will take a new turn, and that Brienne will finally have something to do this season other than wait around in the snow. It’s not just the last scene you have to worry about this year – it’s the whole hour, as Thrones reaches the end of author George R.R. Martin’s published material and finally leaves its audience wondering: What now?"

Is that for the finale or Sunday?

Is that for the finale or Sunday? It's referring to both.

That's got to be describing both of the last two episodes right?
By the by, what do people think Doran is going to monologue about this week? I'm definitely drawn to him announcing his plans to side with Daenerys, presumably to marry Trystane to her and send Myrcella back to KL with Jaime. Feels like we're getting a build up to Dany finally planning her move on Westeros, what with her outwardly claiming as such last week and flying out of Meereen this week. 'Fire and Blood' would be the perfect lead-off to Daznak's and we could look forward to a Season 6 of Doran sending off his various family members (and perhaps Jaime and Bronn under false pretences) in order to best prepare Westeros for her landing. Which will mainly consist of bringing down the Lannisters, thus making Ellaria finally content without having to resort to mutilating a young girl.

Cersei’s downfall will add another shock to the show’s list of most notorious scenes. What could this be referring to? The walk of shame? I'm not entirely sure how that would be considered a "shock". I understand how on the surface it's a big moment, but shocking? Sansa’s relationship with Ramsey will take a new turn. Ramsay leaving, Sansa escaping and killing Myranda? It seems fairly clear that Ramsay won't be seeing Sansa in E9 (unless Stannis is directly outside Winterfell) so I wonder how their relationship would take a new turn if they're not together.

I was curious to those about those two as well. I don't really know what could be shocking about the walk but who knows. And I'm guessing the turn in their relationship is her escaping as well, and that's probably where Brienne will be involved.

RE: the first, since it covers both episodes I'm guessing it's the WoS. RE: Sansa, who knows? Maybe we get a short scene between the two before he leaves (this season has not been averse to teleportation in this storyline, so it could happen) where he does something to her? Urgh.

Cersei's walk will be a big deal. It will be the first time we see Lena naked, firstly. And the whole point of it is a long, drawn-out shaming, and I think they'll make it painful to watch. Some feminists will scream about that. I consider myself a feminist, but there seems to be a new cadre of them who see things much differently than I do. I bet Sansa kills that MF. (or we find out she's pregnant... )

Yeah, we're so used to the Walk of Shame that we don't even see it as shocking anymore but, believe me folks, it'll be very fucking shocking for the Unsullied. And IT WILL spark the usual back and forth about whether or not it's appropriate to dramatize such things.
