I hope this isn't a flop because Rachel McAdams really needs something good to keep her relevant.

Liked the first season but the ending was weird. All of the stuff leading up to this season hasn't given me much confidence that it will be that good.
The first two lines in this trailer are laughably bad.

I was already very worried about this season, so this doesn't really surprise me. Still disappointing though. |

I'll still watch it. It looks well-shot and well-directed anyways and I've always liked Vince Vaughn despite some of his work and ever since seeing him In Bruges I've liked Colin Farrell. And then there's McAdams and Kelly Reilly...  |

4 positive 3 mixed is hardly damning. Critics were lukewarm on the season 1 screeners as well iirc not that I really put much stock in critics these days |

This is sitting at a paltry 63. Not saying that it will be bad, but the critical reaction is certainly nowhere near as good as it was for Season 1. |

Well, we´ll have to see about this one. S1 (at least the first 5 eps) will be a hard act to follow, under any circumstance. Looks like they´re trying to outdeeptalk S1. Nonetheless, S1 made it´s reputation on eps. 4 and 5, so let´s see. Dammn, but I still like that weird Louisiana setting better than Califuckingfornia. |
