Snoop Dogg's review. Seriously. Snoop Dogg is me. I was rooting for Drogon to burn Jon. The more I think about season 8, the more I dislike it.  It's funny cause I was one of the few on this forum who actually liked most of the episodes on my initial viewing ... but the writing really falls apart when you start analyzing it even a little bit. Yup. The more I talk about it the more I am like the writing absolutely sucked. You gotta be kidding me. That's lame, Dave Hill. |

You gotta be kidding me.  This is why I think GoT would have been better off if they had kept at least one woman on the writing team. Even if the Dany and Sansa feud had remained the same, she would have told the rest of the writers not to say such a stupid thing. The last season has enough problems in the way they treated most female characters, they really don't need to make things worse. And I'm sorry, maybe is because I'm a woman, but I can't conceive that anyone, even the most naive man on the planet, wouldn't realise saying something like that would be seen as sexist, petty and idiotic. |

A rumor is floating around the net (could be made up) that allegedly to make up for the deaths of the "mad queens" they had Bran become the king, because him being disabled would play better then if it were say, Jon. Take it all with a grain of salt though because this is being said of the same people who were saying Sansa is jealous of Dany because she's pretty. You gotta be kidding me. Roose Bolton, Tywin Lannister and Walter Frey were super jealous of Robb's looks and his fly woman. It is known. Yup, this show needed female writers to be on the team. Sansa's dislike/distrust of Dany easily could be put down to opposing goals (northern freedom over ruling the 7 Kingdoms)...it could also be that Bran dropped some troubling info off screen as well. To attribute some of it to Dany's looks is gross. |
