I watched Zootopia on Saturday with my friend and we bot absolutely loved it. It's funny and thoughtful. It's also very topical given our current political situation. In other news, does watch the Honest Trailers? They finally came out with the one for The Revenant. It's funny but not heir best one: My all time favorite is their Peter Pan one: I liked the Jackass segment in the trailer. My favorite:

Nikolaj bringing the Jesus parallel: “It's great marketing. They did a good job," Coster-Waldau, aka Jaimie Lannister, said of all the Snow hysteria. "I know what happens. He was really dead at the end of Season 5. But Jesus came back, so who knows? Anything is possible." Jon Snow returns episode 3 confirmed?

The Lion and the Rose (S4E2) my favorite background moment.
During Joffrey posioning, you see Tywinn go to cover Tommen's eyes as everyone is watching Joffrey die.
I thought it was a great and subtle way to show where the power is shifting and Tywinn's ability to recognize and act on it.

Gremlins 2:The New Batch
I enjoyed the more varied Gremlins that they done. Tony Randall as The Intelligent, Cultured Gremlin is smart hilarious. It has a lighter tone then the first movie which has more horror. It is though a good satire on media, corporatism, and on culture.
Singles
This is fairly standard Rom-Com with an idealist and a realist/cynic along with problems of 20-somethings directed by Cameron Crowe. It also has a band called Citizen Dick fronted by Matt Dillon with Stone Gossard, Jeff Ament, and Eddie Veeder is the drummer. It is also has one of the best music movie soundtracks.

I do not think any character is inherently evil regardless of how they are presented to us as readers (or viewers). On the Mountain, there were some references that he had, what we will consider, to be severe Migranes. There could be something physical going on. IIRC that was as an adult though. I think he was bad from the start considering what he did to Sandor. And possibly his sister. Well, it is a clue. We do not know when they began. Gregor was basically breed for war. His aggressions would of been encouraged throughout. Gregor is more on the fantasy side of the story for me. So it is difficult for me view his humanity so that he has Migranes point some other matter then being just a one-dimensional horrible brute though that is what he is.

He was a broken person and had a difficult life that I sympathize with. However, there is nothing showing that he was going to be something positive if he had the throne that will raise him above a villain for me. I definitely think if he ascended the throne the 'targ madness' definitely would have dominated his personality. But i dont think he was inherently evil, but a product of hus environment growing up- learnkng mostly from the mad king during his early years that he was the most important person, then losing his whole family and being poor. I do not think any character is inherently evil regardless of how they are presented to us as readers (or viewers). On the Mountain, there were some references that he had, what we will consider, to be severe Migranes. There could be something physical going on.

I always liked the idea of brining back Lloyd to play Rhaeger though it will not happen. The real problem with GOT is that the "villains" are, mostly, too good. Yeah, they should die and you do want it but they are just so enjoyable. I think there are only a few true villians in the series. I don't technically count Viserys as one, sure he was a dick to Dany, but he was a grey character. Unlike Ramsay for example who is just pure evil. He was a broken person and had a difficult life that I sympathize with. However, there is nothing showing that he was going to be something positive if he had the throne that will raise him above a villain for me.

I do miss Viserys. i wish he stuck around longer but he did have an awesome death. I always liked the idea of brining back Lloyd to play Rhaeger though it will not happen. Just watched all the history and lore videos, those are probably the best one's yet. Especially that 20 minute Dance of Dragons segment. It is amazing! Pretty cool they got so much of the cast to do the voice overs. Too bad they didn't use Emilia for that one, but at least they got Harry Lloyd to represent the Targaryens. It was great hearing some of the past performer for the show. I do miss Jack Gleeson, the Joffrey portions were great. It was full Joffrey and just reminded how great a job he did.

Stephen Dillane gave the best ending for Stannis. Stannis does not need many words. With time I do hope that Stannis's end will grow in some appreciation.

OK guys. That scene in s5 finale with Mel nodding and looking like someone stole her My Little Pony toy - you don't think that this is it, guys? I mean if the writers will want me to believe Davos knows of Mel's TREASON and her burning Shireen and Davos still letting her breathe that would be too much for me to hanle The only acceptable way for me to watch this show is that Davos doesn't know the extent of Mel's betryal I dunno, I think Davos is extremely empathetic and he'll acknowledge Mel's deep regret for what she's done, which is what seems to be happening in that scene. He knows she's right about many things, like the WW threat, so I believe he'll see the big picture and keep her as an ally. It is something many will not like but I agree that Davos will not kill Mel over Shireen's death. The way Mel looked when she arrived was so different from the many times they interacted that Davos will not be able to even if he has the desire.

Tbh, my love for Davos has solely to do with Liam and how he plays him. I found the character a bit boring in the books. I still enjoy Davos for he is type of boring character I like overall. Liam cannot be praised enough. He just does a phenomenal work and that trailer has me excited for Davos this season.

There are some speculations from the trailer I do not understand. One is Tommen and Cersei confronting one another. The two shots of them are from different scenes. I remember one photo from the filming shows what appear to be Tommen ascending the Sept steps alone. I am thinking that shot of him is him readying to return to the Sept.
Every shot of Ser Strong behind Cersei are just wonderful.

It comes to that Davos should be wanting to kill Mel after he learns about Shireen. It does not appear he does want to kill her so the character has been "assassinated". Davos was fantastic in the trailer. It will be great if Davos is fairly prominent throughout the season. How can they know that from a trailer, it's ridiculous. I mean their whole hater behavior is odd. They do not, it is ranting to rant. It does not matter just as long as you are stating how bad everything is.

Well, you're our resident show hater, so if you don't know.... I dont care enough to hate on it actively but Davos seems to be best thing in that trailer for me. Apparantly the scene Mel whines to him suggests they "are working together" :shrugs: cannot keep up with the writers AND hatewatchers myself It comes to that Davos should be wanting to kill Mel after he learns about Shireen. It does not appear he does want to kill her so the character has been "assassinated". Davos was fantastic in the trailer. It will be great if Davos is fairly prominent throughout the season.

Was this posted anywhere yesterday? Thank you for I never saw the commentary listings. So, the Gift is the no commentary for this year. I am interested in episode 4 with Natalie and Dean. There are some good scenes to discuss what was going on through as the characters. Hardhorne is just getting oodles of people. There is a lot of production people this year. There were several great and beautiful shots so there should be some nice discussions. The production do not wander like the actors tend to do.

So Deadpool was completely amazing! Funniest movie I've seen since What We Do In The Shadows. From the opening credits to the very end it's just brilliant. Minor some good cameos like Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld at the merc bar and Stan Lee as a DJ at a strip club Some nice pokes at Wolverine Origins and the X-Men times lines. Loved Colossus, and Deadpool's shot about only being able to afford one X-Man was good. Post credit scene teases a Deadpool/Cable movie which I really, really hope is happening. Just a really fun movie. Probably in my top 5 comic movies. Agree on all points. I had a smile throughout the movie. Just a great and fun movie from the first note.

I'm glad so many mentioned Sandor/Sansa hooking up as a theory they hate, because ewwwwwwwwwww And yeah, Tyrion isn't riding a dragon, I'm sorry. I'll eat crow if I need to, but I'm not on board with that one either. Agreed with Sandor/Sands hook-up. I understand with Sandor being part of Sansa's sexual awaking as fantasy. I do not get why it should become real. Sansa is 13/14 and Sandor is mid-20s. This fact seem to not matter for SanSans when they will find the idea as appalling otherwise.
