Wellllll....
I am glad Sansa got the last smirk/blow with Ramsey and I AM SO GLAD RAMSEY IS FINALLY DEAD.
RIP Rickon and Wun-Wun. The Starks have seriously been through so much but I guess the ones that are left are the ones with the plot armor, Jon's was at Arya level this week.
Davos finding the burnt stag was heartbreaking. Jon looked more upset at Wun Wun's death than he did over Rickon.
The scene with Tyrion dressing down Theon was excellent. Best work Dinklage has done all season. I can't say I was too worried about how Meereen would turn out.
Oh and Jon, try listening to Sansa more often. She totally called it.

Sansa gurl, why the fuck would you not mention the big ass army on its way in your talks with Jon? Kinda relevant, don't you think? I liked Meereen more than Snowbowl.

That was beautiful. I loved the banter between Asha and Dany. I loved the cinematography of the battle with the arrows flying and horses. I loved the Stark banners flying in Winterfell again. Rhaegal and Viserion busting out to fuck shit up!

First: I think I'm still high for seeing house bolton erased from the planet and this episode had me sobbing and cheering so this post may not make any sense.
I fucking loved it. The Mereen scenes with the dragons were amazing, the CGI has improved a lot and now Dany finally has a way to leave Essos. Plus she and Yara are totally gonna fuck.
The Winterfell battle was brilliant. Ramsay's mind games, Jon rushing into action despite Sansa's warnings, the brutality, I felt like I couldn't breathe while Jon was stuck and couldn't get up. All the people who say the show glorifies violence should watch that scene. It's meaning was fucking clear as glass.
Poor Rickon. Of course Ramsay was waiting until the last moment, sadly, everyone saw it coming except Jon.
This episode was amazing and the reason it had me sobbing and cheering at the same time is because the Starks won, but the cost was huge.
But House Bolton is gone, gone forever, and that makes me soooo fucking happy-

I need to stop having so much feels before I can be cohesive with my thoughts. But here is what I'm feeling...
Meeree - although I wasn't worried about the outcome of it, I never thought I'd like it this much. I'm always happy to have Dnay on screen but was really looking forward to the SNOWBOWL, however, Meereen impressed me so much I liked it just as much as what happened in the North. The effects in Meereen were absolutely stunning, the dragons looked amazing but the story was actually surprisingly good. Dany wanted to go all Fire and Blood but Tyrion stopped her and finally told her what a fucking evil psycho her father was, I think this totally knocked some sense into her. It's about fucking time she knew who her father really was. It also made me happy that she I still willing to listen and readjust her course. Her scene with Yara was fantastic, I really like these two together. I also like the acknowledgement of the shiftiness of their heritage and the hope of leaving the world a better place, total foreshadowing.
The North - this was absolutely brutal. I mean talk about the carnage of war. Jon should definitely listen to Sansa, although, he's always been fair he still is a product of his time where women are relegated even when they might have valid opinions but Sansa also needs to trust him more. The carnage was really brutal but I'm sure this was done on purpose, war isn't pretty at all, especially when you are in the trenches. That clostophobic scene were Jon is trying to get our from under all those men was great. Rickon's death was brutal and Jon loosing his shit was fantastic. Also, Ramsay is dead, so that's a super bonus.
I did notice that they billed Kit ahead of Emilia, had not noticed that before.
