I gave it a 9, solid episode, which was capped off with an awesome ending. A girl is Arya Stark of Winterfell!!!!!

9. Every scene was fantastic. I loved the Pod and Bronn reunion and the Tyrion, Grey Worm, and Missandei scene was fantastic. I'm only holding back from a 10 because it was a little jarring for Dany to show up and walk inside and then they cut away from Meereen. But I could certainly bump up to a 10 after I watch again.

8. Solid episode. The Arya scenes were probably my favourite tonight. The ships heading to Meereen and firing at the pyramid looked beautiful. Blackfish.

A 9. Really awesome and marvelous. Every scene is good on its own pace and well-handle. Especially Riverrun scenes.

Didn't like it very much. Liked Jaime and Brienne and Cersei too but everything else was meh. Should have been LSH hanging those guys. Killing the Waif and Blackfish offscreen was dumb. 6.

7 A lot of solid stuff, but some real missed potential with some storylines, ie Riverrun.
Could of been better.

Killing the Waif off screen (in the dark) made multiple episodes of Arya training while blind payoff imo. I thought it was really well done.

Killing the Waif off screen (in the dark) made multiple episodes of Arya training while blind payoff imo. I thought it was really well done. I thought the opposite. She was Arya's enemy for almost 2 seasons now. She literally stabbed Arya and we got to see that and a 5 minute chase scene but not her actual death? Anticlimactic. But that's just my opinion.

Solid 9.5 from me .... might bump it to a 10 after a re-watch. I was really hyped about this one and actually didn't expect it to be as good as it was.
King's Landing scenes were unexpectedly sinister and awesome.
Riverrun was so tense and awesome and a nail-biter sequence. Had no clue how that was all going to go down and loved it. It as beautiful scenery and filming too.
The special effects showing siege on Meereen had me super pumped up. Would have loved to have seen just a few more minutes of it.
I'm going to drink another glass of wine and re-watch before I get too sleepy as I won't have time tomorrow.

Well I loved the Cersei stuff and the Edmure/Jaime scene but that's about it. Tyrion/Missendei/Grey Worm joke scene was probably the worst scene of the season (up there with history of the show)imo. The surrender of Riverrun and Blackfish's death were as anti climatic as can be. The Arya stuff didn't work at all for me. Like she had to have been healing for weeks right? They didn't do a very good job of establishing that which made the foot chase really hard to enjoy.
Edit: and I can't really get behind the BWB stuff idk 6

Great episode, just not a 10 because of Arya healing from a mortal wound way too quickly, Tyrion's scene with Grey Worm and Missandei once again was dumb and pointless, and also because of the Blackfish dying offscreen.
Brienne and Jaime were great, as were Jaime and Edmure.
Cersei unleashing the Mountain was a bit underwhelming, but nothing unexpected. It was still a cool scene. Loved seeing Qyburn and Kevan again.
Glad to see those ships sieging Meereen. I hope we get to see Yara and Theon coming next episode and giving us a badass sea battle.
That post-credits scene was fucking brilliant, probably the best scene of the whole episode.

It's a 9 for me.
Le Good:
* King's Landing. Loved Cersei, loved Qyburn. Everything is in place for the big showdown in the finale.
* Brienne and Jaime. How much I missed those two together!
* Meereen under siege.
* Tyrion was great.
* Beric and Thoros are back! Yeah, most of us wanted LSH, but I'm rating the episode as a show watcher only, and LSH doesn't exist in the show, so it's OK for me. I really missed Thoros!
* Arya killing the Waif in the darkness. Some people hated it, but I think it was tense and cool.
* That amazing ending. Probably one of the best ever.
Le Not So Good:
* Blackfish dying offscreen. He deserved better.
* Dany's entrance was anticlimatic.
* Arya's miraculous recovery is a bit annoying.
So nothing major to complain, IMHO. Good episode, the best since 605. And next week is Snow Bowl!
By the way, Truede and Frikidoctor have been proved flawless. In the next couple of weeks, whatever they say is gospel to me.

If you're a book purist, Riverrun siege played out basically note for note, yes (I suppose with Brienne's escape subbing for Blackfish but that was an improvement IMO).
It was the main reason when everyone was all "OMG, why don't they show Jaime's Riverrun stuff" last season I was like "the Riverrun siege was not really that great fellas". It's a kind of a cocktease of a storyline in general although the conversations are all top notch. The show basically gave the bookfans the exact book translation of the events (or as close as you can get to a 100% adaptation these days).
I thought it was very good but mostly because all of Jaime's scenes there in the book seriously lowered my expectations. Really glad we got all the great acting and cinematography there because it helped mask the fact that George gave us not much in the way of exciting developments there during that section.

Jaime's internal monologue is what makes it so great, though. Still, I really enjoyed the Riverrun scenes this season.

I was just disappointed over all. (And I swear this isn't my LSH hype killing it for me, I tried hard to like this)
LIKES Arya saying her name The Mountain killing that sparrow The Hound killing people. Jaime and Brienne seeing each other again. The episode itself was very well shot.
DISLIKES ~Dues Ex Danyma. It was just really safe. ~The fact the show has made Jaime Cersei's bitch to the extent that I can't even fully enjoy Jaime and Brienne's scenes. ~Jaime telling Edmure how much he loves Cersei ~Arya running around with a stomach wound like that? Did she get a dose of whatever Noomi Rapace got in Promethus to do that? That was ridiculous. ~King's Landing is still a cock tease. We move forward a half a step each episode to crazy Cersei, but she's still not there. The pacing is terrible ~And finally, what the fuck is the point of bringing the Brotherhood back if Stoneheart isn't with them? Now they're going North? What is this?

It's basically why i cut my ties to the book for the show when it comes to expectation. I don't want to expect too much as it deviated much from the source, so i can enjoy the show on its own even if it's something different like Jaime still love Cersei which is fine to me due to logic.
