I haven't watched the episode yet. Will do it later in the day. But is the Mel scene a continuity error after all? I don't think so. It seems the scene where it'll be established that "the Lord's Fire" no longer keeps her warm will more likely be in 602. So my guess would be, like many here theorized, that this is a sort of loss of faith=loss of power scenario for her. The magic wasn't spelled out outright anyways and it's best kept vague anyways. Magic loses it's...well... magic when it gets too matter-of-fact.

Wasn't there a bit of a lingering shot on Melisandre's 'potions'? Maybe she has to take one of those as well as the necklace to stay looking younger - she used one in the bath in S4, right?

What did Weiss and Benioff say in Inside the Episode? Any...attempted explanation about Dorne?

Yeah and that scene with Selyse was all about the potions, so it would be fitting. Ninja'd.

So I guess the Maester in the Ramsay scene was the Submissive Maester from the casting calls, right?

Funny that over the course of two episodes they have wiped out all the legitimate members of two great houses (not including bastards)

But last year it only mentioned him and not Mylod, so I think she's probably in at least two again this year.

I'm glad we didn't have to see the dogs get killed. I see enough of that in Wes Anderson movies.

I don't know anything about training hounds, but I don't imagine that trained hounds would randomly attack anyone around them once left loose. The fight might've simply scared them off.
