So, fellow Final Fantasy X fans (particularly @fireandblood), are you aware of this thing's existence? Or even worse: this book ...  Apparently Yuna and Tidus broke up, after Tidus was killed by a blitzball, that was actually a bomb (!) and Yuna brought him back to life. Oh, and Sin comes back as well. This is now part of FFX's official canon:  What kind of sick assholes work at Square Enix nowadays, seriously.  This is desecration of a masterpiece. |

Yeah I was aware of both but I don't consider them to be Canon  although I would be ok with Yuna accidentally reviving sin and that being the basis for FFx-3  |

I still can't decide if I'm excited for this. I think I will be when we get more info. Still a little mad they changed that Luna character into this new Luna. The old one seemed more interesting imo. Still looks good though. |

Wait, is she a playable character? That would be awesome. I hated the idea of a party that is essentially just a huge sausage fest, especially since all the male characters look like they belong in some J-Pop boyband.

This x10000 I'm not sure if she's playable but there better be a girl in there somewhere ugh. It'd be dumb if she's only in cutsceens. It'd be cool if it was both? Play as him and then as her in a different place? It'd be a mess but could be cool. Doubt it though. |

I'm so glad me and my bf watched it live on Twitch, we had to stay up all night, but it was fucking worth it. When this was announced, I lost my shit, there were tears running down my cheeks, it was glorious. |

I also vote for skipping XV the Ida of driving around the countryside with a bunch of dudebros blowing shit up like a bunch of drunk and stupid students is really not fun. Plus, Episode Duscae sucked. |

Plus, Episode Duscae sucked.Yeah, it did. It wasn't even particularly pretty to look at, and it had technical problems as well. I mean, sub 30 fps is anything but optimal for a game with such an action oriented battle system. I also really, really didn't like the voice acting, the character design and the writing. Wouldn't it be kinda sad if XV comes out and turns out to be mediocre or even bad, after more than ten years in development? I mean, I'm not going to judge the whole game just based on the demo, but as far as the battle system goes, I really didn't enjoy it at all. |
