We will most probably not get the same Jon Snow if Melisandre or Others do resurrect him. It's also worth mentioning that if they were willing to cut Catelyn's resurrection, they could also cut Jon Snow's. Except for the fact Kit's been spotted repeatedly in Belfast lately of course and because he's likely a central key player in the 'endgame' ... but still, it begs to argue why not resurrect her too? If it really turns out that Jon has warged Ghost in the moments before his death, this would mean that Jon's "soul" never died, only his body. So if Melisandre should resurrect his corpse, his soul could return to his body as if nothing has happened. That's a theory I've read somewhere, but I still think it is entirely possible that Melisandre is a Red Herring and that Jon either stays dead, or is brought back by someone or something else. Nah. If this was the case, Jon's "death" may as well not have happened, if ultimately it isn't going to serve any real purpose. And if after all is said and done, Jon is still very much the same person, then it won't have served any real purpose. Even if the ripples are huge in terms of plot, Jon still has to change to justify his death, because I highly doubt the plot ramifications couldn't be engineered some other way.

This is how I felt for weeks after the episode "The Children" aired without LSH: And I'm not even exaggerating, I was having a mild depression, I think, which just shows to what ridiculous extent I love this one fictional character. I'm only posting this right now because I just watched the episode again and when it was over, the same feeling of severe disappointment returned to me, albeit this time, it was gone after a few minutes.

I had the same feeling when I first watched it and then again when I rewatched the whole season a few weeks ago. But I have to admit that I liked the season better on binge-rewatch. I was able to enjoy it for what it is. I still think 4x10 is one of the weakest episodes the show has ever had, though. And for reasons that have nothing to do with LSH, too.

Yeah, I have to say, on my recent re-watch of Season 4, I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. If they had included Lady Stoneheart, it would have been a perfect season, in my opinion. Just imagine how awesome Brienne's storyline would have been, if they had included her. Brienne and Pod roaming the Riverlands for a few episodes, hearing rumours of the BWB and their horrifying new leader, maybe even have them discover a few Freys, hanging from some trees. And then in the last episode ... BAM, Mother fucking Merciless. But no, instead, Brienne's storyline is bland and drags a lot, and in the last episode, she just kinda randomly comes across Arya and the Hound. I also think some of Sansa's scenes could have been handled a little bit better, especially the one where she builds Winterfell out of snow. This would've had the potential to be an extremely emotional scene, paying a beautiful tribute to all the deceased members of House Stark, but it didn't really come to that because it was over in like 10 seconds. Since this is one of my favourite Sansa moments in the books, I was really looking forward to that scene, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations.

Guys, I had another LSH dream last night. I can barely remember the details, but I know that I met Michelle in full LSH costume in a coffee place and she told me she'd be in S6.

By the way, that's pretty much the exact same dream I had a while ago. Me and Michelle Fairley were sitting in a restaurant or at a café, I can't remember anymore, and we were having a nice, friendly conversation, when she told me that she'll be coming back for Season 6. Except my dream ended with D&D showing up out of nowhere, yelling at her for spoiling and taking her away. Then I woke up and felt sad.

Don't forget that other casting call for a very Frey-like character description - it's probably Merrett Frey, and he definitely came in contact with a certain hooded figure! Of course, there's no guarantee on this since they already cast Beric/Thoros and the BWB crew and she never showed up. Also, we've had zippo news on any of those guys returning to the sets for s6.

Omg, guys, I'm telling you, it's really happening ... But if D&D do the whole Riverlands/Frey/BwB thing with another character replacing LSH ... I think I'll have to murder them.

I think she's doing a play in London at the moment, but only until October.
