So just read an interview with Kit... and he says that D&D told him that Jon is dead and Kit won't be back so uh yeah Wtf? |

I knew the reaction to this episode would turn out the same as last year's. For my money that's the best episode 10 they've done yet. Goddamn depressing though. They took a scene we knew was coming for 4 years and still managed to add another horrible twist to surprise Benjen fanatics! You clever bastards, i hate you.

I couldn't sleep so I watched it live. We all knew LSH wouldn't be in, but this still saddens me. Nevertheless, I must say that I thought the episode was fantastic. I have to rate what is IN the episode and not what is missing. And for me this was better than 4x10 and a million times better than 5x09. So I'm kind of satisfied with the episode, but deeply unsatisfied with the show as a whole for cutting LSH. Yeah, that pretty much sums up my feelings. I have to rewatch the episode again for actual rating, though.

Yeah no way is Jon confirmed dead from that interview, of course that's what he's going to say. Even if he gave a flicker of ;oooh well you'll have to wait and see' we'd know he's back for sure and so would unsullied.
