Well, I found that difficult to watch. I think the "off-screen" approach actually made it more difficult to watch, odd as that may sound. Man... ... ... Ok, um...well, on a more positive note, she looked gorgeous in her wedding dress, so hats off to the costume designers. And the Godswood wedding was perfect, imo

I was afraid they were going to give us another Southern wedding with a septon and all, but instead they really highlighted the difference between the two cultures. The scenery with the snow and the lamps, along with the great music, was incredible.

Yeah that moron is probably gonna use Oathkeeper on a bunch of Bolton guards in WF. But it's Theon who helps Sansa escape, otherwise it's all pointless. So I assume Brienne gets captured?

If they follow the books, Brienne is basically the spearwives/Mance who do the bulk of the rescuing with Theon just playing his part. Neither Theon or Sansa are really capable of killing any soldiers so they will need Brienne to do a lot of the dirty work while they get away.

Mercy killing Brienne might just make up for Barristan.

Mercy killing Brienne might just make up for Barristan. Brienne ex machina dying would make up for a hell of a lot of plot conviniences at this point. I dont know how Brienne gets so lucky, everything slides into place for her...

Mercy killing Brienne might just make up for Barristan. I'd be all for her dying before she gets to Stannis. However her being alive is also a spark for my Stoneheart hope. I'm so conflicted

Brienne could buy Theon & Sansa time to escape. She fights the Bolton soldiers and dies heroically. I'm still thinking that Pod will get captured in some stage. The Brienne & Pod faction might be dead/captured after this season. (hopefully)

I wonder what is in that carriage that she is standing in front of in that enigmatic snowy trailer shot Hmm, could that be the same carriage that Sansa and Littlefinger were traveling in?

Brienne's plan does seem quite stupid. She will get Sansa out of Winterfell.. and then what?

Well, yeah. Let's imagine that she gets Sansa out. Where would she go? She probably doesn't even consider Stannis's camp as an option. Ramsay is probably off to hunt them and he's one hell of a hunter. She will probably start thinking about this after she has got Sansa out of WF.

Back to Tarth, maybe? It seems to have been untouched by the war. Though obviously that's not going to happen in the story.
