im really pissed at what they have done with Davos this season. They could have given him a storyline to continue on next season but they sent him to the wall for the last episode? Seriously is Sam going to tell him about bran and rickon or is jon going to send him after receiving a letter saying Stannis is dead? Or will his mission be to rescue Sansa?
Who knows but at this point in the season all hes been is a person by Stannis' side instead of having his own adventure like he should. He's a POV after all, one that doesn't die easy. i would've prefered all his screentime to be devoted to one scene with Manderley and his court then anything he has done this season.

I haven't seen anyone talking about this yet but what's up with the Jaime/Cersei difference from the books?
It seems like show Jaime is still with her and rescuing Myrcella for her and has no idea of her imprisonment. HUGE difference from book Jaime that thinks she's a crazy lying whore and leaves her to fend for herself. Why?? It looks like Robert Strong will fight for her either way but still...

I can't see her being in the BoI so I feel like he will still send her away or she might leave. He might say something like her work is done here and to go back. Or not. We'll have to see.

Guys...today is officially the last day of us being completely 100% Sullied...it's the end of an era Oh, we haven't been 100% Sullied since Jaime was sent to Dorne and Sansa was promised to Ramsay. After next episode we will be like 20% Sullied, and only if they are bringing th Greyjoy and the Riverlands storylines back.

[brp] IIRC Faceless Men can't kill person they know or have met. Good thing Arya is a terrible apprentice then, picking and choosing which rules to follow.

I would not have made all those connections. I remember the child who handed the scroll to Jorah but didn't connect him to Varys, thought he was just a random local kid someone paid to deliver the scroll, and I do remember people in the courtyard LF pointed out to Ned as Vary's spies, but I didn't connect them to the children in the Epilogue of ADWD (and didn't even look at them very closely, I don't think). I know I wouldn't have picked up on either incident in the books as connected to the Epilogue. I swear, I read through the books so quickly just wanting to find out what happened, and I was also reading on a "This is a really good story" level, not an introspective or critically thinking one. There is just SO much to all of this. I'm due for a slow and careful re-read. Illyrio finds young children and cuts their tongues out. Then he sells/gives them to Varys. Gross! I think I must have selective memory. (Truly, this is ringing a bell, but I had forgotten. When did we discover that? Was it in Dance?)

I hope we see Varys tonight even if we don't get the epilogue. It'd be weird if the last time we see him was in the brothel.

I wonder if Pycelle will get the Kevan role. It makes more sense, given that we've known Pycelle since season 1 and Kevan's hardly been around.

But when HBO showed Ilyrio and Varys talking under there that day in Season 1, they didn't mention it then, on tv, did they? I just remember their talking about things coming to a head between Starks and Lannisters too soon, before they (I & V) were ready, and that Ned would have to be dealt with. This is the danger for me, I've been thinking for a while now - HBO and books beginning to merge in my mind, in certain places. Anyway, many thanks! ETA: Roose Is Azor Ahai - thanks again. ("Fresh ones" . . . gross, again! (puke) )

The ones we saw in Essos in eps. 107 and 408 spoke to Jorah and Ser Barristan respectively.

I thought it'd just gotten waylaid for all that time. I'm just on this whole plot. Been away from the books too long, and haven't been on the Board That Shall Not Be Named for ages, either, and for whatever else it is, I did learn a whole lot on there. :-S

So it was a Lannister initiative to undermine Dany.

Guys...today is officially the last day of us being completely 100% Sullied...it's the end of an era I know this is probably an unpopular opinion but, I'm excited about this. I'm looking forward to being in the dark about what is going to happen

I'm looking forward to being in the dark about what is going to happen I think you're right. New lands, uncharted territory - Adventure! And so, so much room for speculation. Plus, it means that we've still got so much ahead of us. If we got the last two books tomorrow, or seasons 6 and 7, then it'd be all over, and when that finally happens I think that I will just lay down and die.
