Here's a postimg of a shot that plays for a fraction of a second in the 509 promo. It took a while to pause the video the right time, that's how briefly it played for. An overhead shot of Stan's camp alight. postimg.org/image/x7ghgezhb/I'm just bumping this post of mine because I think it's fucked up that such a brief barely-discernible shot was in the promo. I wonder how many other hidden shots we've missed in the previous promos? Was this a thing prior to now? I dunno. Weird though. I don't think we will get Mel seeing flames, to me she looks like she is just scared because someone is attacking the camp. I should've captured a fraction of a second earlier in my Mel postimg because she was looking at the fires before she turns her head (likely when she hears Rams attacking). That by no means confirms that she'll have some Jon vision, I grant you, because she looks at her flames all the time in the show, but with two eps. left it's likely we'll see the confusion and the doubts that Carice said Mel would have pretty soonish.

as I make the gifs I go frame by frame and I don't remember any hidden shots before. I haven't gifed 4x09 promo yet but will check it frame by frame when I get home. People keep citing that Carice said she has another big scene with Jon this season as a proof of resurrection...how sure is this news? |

It would be so satisfying if Stannis would capture Ramsay. Having Ramsay, Sansa, Theon, Stannis and Davos in the same tent.  Oh.. and possibly even BriPod |

I'm curious as to how they're going to get across to the audience what Mel sees in the flames. Obviously, she can't stare into the flames, look alarmed, and then turn to some random soldier and say: 'Cripes, guess what? All this time I thought Stannis was The One, but now I see in the flames that its not Stannis, its really Jon Snow. I'm so outta here, buh-bye!'  |

I have so much stress atm, not much time and yen for reading about the episode atm, but I've heard something about "20 men + Ramsay wanting to do... what?"

I couldn't watch the last episode so far, and don't know when I'll be able to, but can someone please tell me, what exactly Ramsay said about his plan? I have so much stress atm, not much time and yen for reading about the episode atm, but I've heard something about "20 men + Ramsay wanting to do... what?" That's pretty much it. Roose, Ramsay and a few men are standing around a battle map. Roose says Stannis' 6,000 men can't hurt them, WF's walls are repaired, they have food for 6 months, etc. Ramsay says in effect, why wait, let's hit them first. Roose says they don't have the troops, Ramsay says 'just give me 20 good men.' So, it'll be a sneak attack, as we've seen in the photos of burning tents and soldiers rushing back and forth. |

Okay so in tWoW... Stannis has both Theon and Yara as captives. FArya (Sansa in the show) is also in his care Given the time the show has left, it seems highly unlikely this will happen and that Brienne will take the role of Mance Rayder. Its highly unlikely she will take Sansa to Stannis. Is it possible that Ramsay will wind up a captive of Stannis? This raises the question of whether he will burn Ramsay, since the guy does have kings blood through his Bolton ancestry and their family could be considered a kingly power at current. How this happens, I dunno. Maybe Mel sees it in her flames, and Stannis is ready for the attack or something? Maybe rebel northern house ally with Stannis and attack the Boltons. It wont be a fleshed out battle with so few men. I love reading articles about characters fates, and even with Stannis, Davos, Mel and a massive army marching on Winterfell the writers speculate whether Brienne or Sansa will kill Ramsay. Team Dragonstone is so disregarded by the media... |

How many scenes will there be?, and more importantly: In which order?
As I said in the Speculation Thread, we have daylight shots of
- Mel in front of the soldiers
- Selyse on the ground
- Davos' face
- Stannis/Davos walking
And several nighttime shots of
- the attacks / burning tents
- Mel with a lantern in a tent, looking disturbed
Probably(?) also at night:
- Mel at a brazier in a very dark tent, turning shocked to the camera
And Stannis' line:
"If a man knows what he is, he must fulfill his destiny."

There must be a Winterfell scene this episode and Brienne has to do something. She's been criminally underused and I hope her sole achievement this season isn't to kill Stannis. I would love if, instead of helping Sansa escape, she helped her open the gates for Stannis, sending Pod to warn him before the battle. I hope Brienne puts Sansa and her oath to Cat before her thirst for vengeance and tries to ally with Stannis.
