In case you guys were wondering, they submitted the final 6 episodes of the season for best series and Peter submitted "Hardhome". Emilia and Lena's episodes were the obvious choices for them.

I know the answer to this but...is Stephen going?  Has Stephen ever been spotted anywhere that wasn't the finished product of a TV show/movie? Did he even attend the Emmys when he was nominated the last time? lol Emmy voters nominating Lena is actually a step in the right direction. Dinklage deserved every nomination he got except this one. He didn't have any "wow" moments in S5. He's getting another nomination based on who he is, rather than what he did. Then Clarke gets nominated because ~ZOMG KHALEESI~ She's also had great moments, but never Emmy worthy ones. She makes Valyrian sound natural and does cool ~khaleesi~ things. That's about it. Sophie should've gotten a nomination this season. Michelle and Nikolaj should've been nominated for S3. Alfie should've gotten one for S2, and also S3. These were powerful performances that were looked over because they are not Tyrion or Dany. **sorry for all the ~khaleesi~ bitching. I know too many people who refer to Dany by that name and think every single thing she does is gold. I'm bitter. lol Every word true. |

They won 8 at the creative arts emmys last weekend  The record for most emmys won in a single year by a single series is 9, so they only need to snatch 1 tonight to at least match it. |
