Cersei is as friendly as ever... @jackbauer24 so they could keep him kicking I guess.

You can pinpoint the second she realises she's fucked

Man, I fist pumped in that final scene.
I thought this was a very good episode. I even liked the Sand Snakes. Tyene in that scene was everything that they'd promised but not delivered on, sexy and dangerous. And I loved that the other two rolled their eyes.

Good episode.
Cersei was great and it was awesome to see the smug look in her face disappear once she realize what was coming. Also, Dany and Tyrion met! Woo hoo!

Cersei's scene was great.
Literally spelling out Shireen's death was not at all great. Why do they keep doing this!?

Literally spelling out Shireen's death was not at all great. Why do they keep doing this!? Because they want Stannis to have a moral dilemma? And of course Melisandre would ask him before attempting something that big

I hope we get Theon's come to Jesus at the weirwood scene. I think we need it or the show equivalent of it. He's not where he needs to be in order to run with Sansa. That poor lady and Sansa face, so sad.

Funny the episode didn't include the land Gift or the Mercy Gift, it meant completely different gifts, Tyrion, antidote, left over food, etc.

That poor lady and Sansa face, so sad. I know. And when Reek opened the door at the top of the tower and found Ramsay, a little part of me died, too. I was really counting on that candle. It showed Brienne watching the broken tower - isn't that what it was? And wasn't there a bit of light showing within? Ramsay's, perhaps, since he set up shop in there. I couldn't tell. Maybe it was just wishful, magical thinking on my part.

Sandnakes were tolerable this episode imo, overall probably the strongest of the season, only a few things I didn't like. Jonathan Pryce was immense

Like I get it, this isn't a "happy ending" sort of story but it's getting ridiculous right now. Somebody needs to win even a little.

I wrote a whole post, which got lost through taptalk. Damnit. Still, best episode of the series for me. High Sparrow was the best character hands down. Oh, and Stannis, don't do it man. Don't do it!

And of course Melisandre would ask him before attempting something that big Yeah exactly it's a brilliant move to ratchet up the tension in the storyline even more, it creates a genuine conflict within Stannis. People say that he'd never burn Shireen but there is definitely a part of him that could believe it has to be done. And once the slow, painful march becomes a suicide mission that's when he'll consider it. Will be great to see him deciding whether to go through with it or not.

But they were definitely better. If only they had the guts to kill of Bronn. That would really upset some people... more so than Barristan I'd imagine.

Alliser couldn't wait to get that burn in on Sam. Probably could've waited until an hour or two. He's really got a stick up his ass.
