I see in cast photos that Stephen wears a wedding ring. Anything known about his personal life? Lookin' at you, sati! His partner's name is Naomi, but he is so private I don't even know if they are married/were married/are still together ^^ |

I don't see this happening unless Brienne borrows the teleporter and zaps directly into Stannis' tent while he's camped with his army in bad weather. Maybe she is the one who sets his tents on fire, that we see in the trailer. His guards disperse to investigate and she sneaks inside his tent to confront him alone. Damn, it almost sounds like I want it to happen, but I'm actually dreading it ??? After watching the new promo vids, this idea scares me as hell  |

I still don't think this will happen. Even if it does there's no way it goes down that way in the books. |

For those panicking; I'd advise a hefty dose or ativan, whiskey, or both. Even IF (and think that is a huge if) Stannis dies this season there is nothing to be done about it. So stop worrying and just enjoy the massive amounts of screen time we'll have this season with him. And save the ativan and whiskey for when he does die (this season or next).  |

The show really seems to be ramping up what book 5 did with the everyone is in mortal peril, dead, or wishing they were dead. |

Funny, I saw a headline on an online news piece the other day: '20% of the population may have Exploding Head Syndrome.' What?? I read it and its about that second just before you're falling asleep when you seem to hear a huge bang and you jump and wake up again. But of course, my thought was Ha, a lot more than 20% of GoT fans are going to have Exploding Head Syndrome during Season 5.  |

Ah yeah, you're probably all right, I was probably overreacting... It's just this situation of so many favourite characters of mine being all at one place, in/around WF (in the books, it's Stannis, Theon, Asha, Roose, and on the show we'll also have Davos, it seems) that makes me have this dizzy fear... But I'll try to cool down -at least for this year/season- I'm no fan of alcohol or lorazepam, but I guess a good tea could help |
