It would make things much easier if we got the Previously On clips ahead of the episodes like we used to. Those used to fill in most of the blanks on the episode storylines covered. Yeah that was helpful of them. I guess they thought they were being a bit TOO helpful. Now we've only got FarFarAwaySite's pics and the single new photo a week on the HBO site to go by, to help us beyond the promo.

And the synopses are very unhelpful because they always leave off half the storylines of the episode.

So, do we think that quick shot of a face-on dragon breathing fire is just there for drama, or do we expect to see Mr. Eaten Eaton and the other guy to get flambe'd this next episode?

Yeah I loved those, they also prompted a lot of speculation especially the whole Catelyn mentions and did that mean Stoneheart in the finale. Their release created discussion because it gave a platform to work from. There also seems a lot less content on the youtube channel about each episode overall or at least it seems that way to me.

I'm struggling to figure out why Dany appears to be going down to see Viserion and Rheagal again. We've got the castings of the guys who get fried later this season so she can't be setting them free. And it would be weird to just get a repeat of the scene from the premiere.

So, do we think that quick shot of a face-on dragon breathing fire is just there for drama, or do we expect to see Mr. Eaten Eaton and the other guy to get flambe'd this next episode? Yeah, there seemed to be some people with Dany and Daario in the shot from the promo where he had a torch and she had on her visiting-my-dragons outfit from ep. 501. So my guess is that the "difficult decision" the summary mentioned is whether to try and see if she can take her dragons out from the catacombs. I think this will fail like her last visit, except that this time all the people that go in with her will be killed save for her and Daario.

I don't think she is going down to see Rhaegal and Viserion again, it just looks like clever editing.

And as I said above, the ones who gets burnt and "Eaton" are the people we see in that shot going with her and Daario down in the catacombs.

I looked at the shot of Rams and Myranda going at it and opened up the Bran-defenestration-after-witnessing-the-incest clip from ep. 101 in another tab to compare the two rooms and YEP, it really is the same tower. Ramsay though, is even less subtle than Jaime and Cersei; he's fucking Myranda pretty much RIGHT AT THE WINDOW.

I don't know what it is about this season (maybe it's just because I've been here?) but damn, Stannis is looking fine this season

Maybe they are going for the immortal Nip/Tuck moment - 33.media.tumblr.com/953fd9b6b8bfa9a2d79699816b10ddbc/tumblr_mpdgp4fHVY1qdk4doo6_250.gif I don't know what it is about this season (maybe it's just because I've been here?) but damn, Stannis is looking fine this season He keeps looking better and better with each season

Poor Arya indeed. I guess though there's not much they can show of her that's interesting at the moment since they're sticking by her book arc pretty closely. She should be in 505 otherwise that would leave her with just a couple scenes for the first half of the season.

Since she is I'll guess that maybe, given their strangling funny business in ep. 406, that maybe he hangs her out of the window or something given their pre-established kinkiness. They're a weird couple.
Still whatever it is, it's enough to perturb Sansa at the foot of the tower.

No surprises there, I don't think Ramsay really knows how to be discrete with his monstrous fetishes. He's a psychopath not a sociopath like some people label him. He's not really likable at all in any situation, even eats like a pig and doesn't care when Dad is having none of it! That's why I am much more concerned for Sansa because if they are playing him right, he won't be 'kind' to her for appearances and to please Daddy at all. Joffrey certainly didn't and even abused king's privilege to publicly whip and humiliate her. I have to keep reminding myself Sansa's already been through the wringer to tolerate this nail-biter wait to see if she survives round 2 of "Let's torture Sansa some more!" game the producers seem to love. Let's hope this go round she really has learned how to be a successful victim and cleverly talk her way out of getting Ramsay's attention. She was mouthy and rude to Joffrey (he deserved it) and it only got her further in trouble. This time, she's well aware of what a monster can do and if she takes Littlefinger's advice, she'll try and play Ramsay like a fiddle for as long as possible. Unfortunately I don't think Ramsay's as dumb as Joffrey but we'll see.

As Iwan Rheon said on twitter the other day during his Q and A, Ramsay's a good actor (as he proved to Theon in early s3 and to LF in ep. 503). He can disguise what he is when it suits him, I just think that in this particular case that we'll get in ep. 505, he wouldn't really expect Sansa to be roaming the grounds and that he might stop bothering to hide his nature after she sees what he's up to in the tower.
Until Roose scolds him about this or some Northern lords show up, that is.

You could be right and, I'm hoping you're right - for Sansa's sake! Ramsay seems to listen to Dad (sortof) and understands the political stakes at hand, so he'll put on his nice face (like he did when they were introduced) ... but even Ramsay's Mr. Nice routine is creepy, everyone can see that. Sansa shouldn't be so afraid of Roose when it's Ramsay who is the real monster. I know, she has nothing to go on yet and Roose is the one who murdered her brother so I forgive her error but I'm worried for her! I think you're right that once he realizes Sansa's witnessed his full on monster mode with the window-scene, he'll start to pursue her about it. So long as Roose is in house, he shouldn't do too much to her other than some psychological torment and well-chosen words. Who is she going to run to and tell, anyways, Roose? She's terrified of him. She'll be a rat in a trap at that point. We've got Stannis, Brienne and Theon as all possible "Saviors" - sorry to say to anyone who was naive enough to think the "Darth Sansa" routine was legit - Sansa's not going to get out of this situation by "maneuvering" like Littlefinger coached her. That's absurd. If she manipulates Ramsay at all, it will be just long enough to evade the worst of his attention until someone else can show up to be the knight in shining armor for her. I'm hoping it's Stannis, but it will likely be Theon or Brienne at this point.

BTW this promo pic (which for some reason FarFarAwaySite thinks was from ep. 504), given that the promo shows Stan leaving CB pretty much has to be from 505.

I'm really looking forward to the Stone Men scene. How fill Jorah and Tyrion fight them off?
