On what Liam says...isn't Davos married? yes, i caught that too. sometimes the actors don't know their own characters as well as we do.

And Dany being introduce to snow. She never experience nor hear about the winter in her life. So it would be awesome to see how she reacts to it. "What is this...what is this white stuff? Should we get under cover?!" i imagine her superstitious dothraki might be quite confused as well.

I think we should share random Stark quotes from the books during the off season. “Robb took them all the way down to the end, past Grandfather and Brandon and Lyanna, to show them their own tombs. Sansa kept looking at the stubby little candle, anxious that it might go out. Old Nan had told her there were spiders down here, and rats as big as dogs. Robb smiled when she said that. “There are worse things than spiders and rats,” he whispered. “This is where the dead walk.” That was when they heard the sound, low and deep and shivery. Baby Bran had clutched at Arya’s hand. When the spirit stepped out of the open tomb, pale white and moaning for blood, Sansa ran shrieking for the stairs, and Bran wrapped himself around Robb’s leg, sobbing. Arya stood her ground and gave the spirit a punch. It was only Jon, covered with flour. “You stupid,” she told him, “you scared the baby,” but Jon and Robb just laughed and laughed, and pretty soon Bran and Arya were laughing too.” -A Game of Thrones - Arya IVmy fave starkling memory.

Is she the one with a whip in the ship cabin? Yes lol. I know saying I have a favorite Sand Snake is like saying I have a favorite STD, but still, if I had to pick one to actually be interesting, it would be her lol calling Obara a greedy bitch was definitely the best Pussysnake line.

One little aside, I wonder if LF is supposed to have brought Robert with him? If not I wonder who he was left with. Maybe Waynwood or Corbray (they were introduced during season 4 after all) Maybe Yohn Ryoce? Yohn was in the KitN scene. He had the first line, complaining about wildlings.

Rickon and Bran is going to feel even worse when he finds out he's dead. i bet they won't even give bran a proper reaction. rickon's death was so brushed over when it happened. poor wolf prince didn't even get a funeral.

I've often wondered that. Especially since the show is strongly hinting at R+L=J. I am pretty sure Cat would have kept the secret. Learning that Ned didn't win against Dayne actually gives it some sense it didn't previously have. The guilt from that must have been so enormous. There was no way he was going to lie about that AND break his promise to Lyanna by telling anyone, anyone at all. There's also the fact that he and Cat didn't really know each other in the beginning. They came to love each other over time. So maybe he didn't trust her in the beginning, and by the time he could trust her, it was too hard to bring up. Maybe he intended to tell her when he saw Jon again and told him. It's truly one of the great mysteries of the books, what was driving Ned to make the choices he made. I think that was the real problem. He could have trusted her and maybe it would bring them that much closer to share the secret and ease the tension in their family but it would have been such a big lie to undo. The longer you bury something inside of yourself, the harder it is to let out. Before it could bring them closer there'd be more awkwardness to get through about lying for years, and how he never betrayed her the way she thought he did, but he did betray her in another sense.

Oh shit if Jorah goes to Asshai I will literally die. Seeing the creepy dark city realized in live action would probably be one of the best visuals ever. But I agree he's probably going to Oldtown. Seeing Asshai for an episode or two would be visually incredible and it wouldn't take up too much space. Make it happen D&D eh, grrm has said we're not seeing asshai in the books, i think the mystery there is supposed to be part of the point.

I could see them executing Edmure off screen now that Walder is dead. They probably think he somehow conspired against him. I really don't understand why he was even mentioned if that was the case. Walder had no real reason to keep him alive with the Blackfish dead and Riverrun secured, and Jaime made no reference to the promises he made before threatening Edmure.

https://www.reddit.com/r/freefolk/comments/4putr9/arya_has_to_taking_this_frey_girl_face/ This one makes sense The first comment does too: "Arya's not going to murder a random girl who has clearly suffered enough and steal her face." I know I should let it go, but I still don't think Arya should be able to use faces that don't come from the HoBaW. yep, and i still don't see why she'd need a different face to infiltrate the twins. the only person there who could possibly recognize her is jaime but that still doesn't seem like enough reason. fd's vid said she'd pretend to be a whore (ugh), not that she'd use someone else's face to pull off the act, right? people are really working overtime to make the faceless men bs have some more payoff and for maisie's comment to refer to more than just the faceless shots from the chase scene.
