Because George takes his sweet time to write the books and he has included a number of prophecies and foreshadowing in the published ones, people have all those theories as to what will happen. What is your favorite? Mine is RW 2.0 at that wedding of some Lannister guy and Frey girl. LS walking slowly as the wedding guests are getting slaughtered  |

Yeah, I think so. His house sigil was the Titan of Braavos, and he "stepped over the walls of Winterfell" (into the snow castle) just as Arya noted the Titan could do the same. And I think he also says something like "that won't be the last (giant?) head mounted on the walls of Winterfell" (paraphrased)?
And, I don't really know who else it could be? People over on afoiaf have speculated that it might be the Mountain but LOL. As if Sansa will take down him.

Roose flaying Ramsay. I think Roose survives Battle of Ice but dies later on in ADoS. Or he might even survive the whole series!  |

I think its time for the Bolton's to go but there has to be casualties. But then again Blackwater had no real casualties. |
