“Game of Thrones” was the runaway leader in the cable rankings for June 13-19. The HBO series’ penultimate episode of the season earned a 3.8 rating in adults 18-49. No other show on cable got more than 1.0. In viewers, its 7.66 million was more than 3 million ahead of second-place “Rizzoli & Isles” (4 million)." TV By the Numbers

Wtf is Rizzoli & Isles? side note - I'll wait for AMC to release some snarky article about how many viewers TWD gets. They always get self conscious when people point out Thrones' success... Oh wait, they lost views this last season.

I only know Rizzoli & Isles from the times either of them would stop at Conan's show and he would drool as much as I drool when someone simply mentiones Tom Hardy

So one of them is a tough, cold cop and the other is a tough, cold doctor cop?
A veritable odd couple, those two.

Holy shit Rizzoli & Isles is actually on my TV right now. Some channel called Alibi. It's lightweight procedural serial killer trash.
Donnie Wahlberg just turned up playing the character Man #3. Tough cop has a stereotypical Italian American family. Oh look Dr Melfi is her mother. There's whimsical musical cues all over the place that tell you what's being said is empty bantering.
Oh look another person has been brutally strangled. Lets have a humourous chat.
"Pfft what? So you're going to tell me the Boston Strangler is back?" Literally three characters all look into the camera one after the other. Ad break.
This show is great.
