If Daario doesn't betray her, he'll die in the siege. That fucker won't be leaving for Westeros.

I had hoped we would get Daario's betrayal this episode, but I suppose it's still a little early for that. Maybe episode 7 or 8. Did you see the look on his face at the end of the episode? He ain't betraying her. I doubt he betrays her now too after that. We still don't know what happens to Daario and Jorah in the second half, which is interesting. They were absent from the Mesa Roldan scene in 609, but I can only see one of them dying.

Dany walking out from the burning hut was epic, but I think the scene inside was clumsy and bad.

Please gods let it be Daario. I want Jorah to help Dany get to Westeros and see his home again. Glen is too good to lose too.

I thought Daario would betray Dany in order to control and keep her. Because even though he pretends he doesn't care that she's the one in charge, he's more of a manly man than he admits. But now I think he won't. I still think he's going to betray the fam, though. Probably will betray Jorah.
So, about that "ride the dragon" language he used to fuck with Jorah, do y'all think that might be foreshadowing? Might Jorah or Daario attempt to ride an actual dragon and get their ass roasted?

I think that was more to show that he was still a tad flippant about Dany (or at least putting up the front of being dismissive of their relationship) to contrast how impressed he is with her at the end. But

Wow, I go away for a couple of hours and come back - this thread is still on FIRE abut Dany... on fire. yes, haha. But as @witchy and others pointed out, a lot of us have spent a very long time trying to be supportive fans of Daenerys elsewhere and endured heavy ridicule for it so it's tough not to get carried away with the defense without coming across as too defensive about it. I reined mine in though because I want to remember everyone here is my friend and respects my opinion as I should theirs. Even though a lot of people say they find Daenerys story too slow and politically boring in Essos, no other character seems to evoke this sort of passionate debate overall so I'd say that's a good indication she's definitely a multi-dimensional character worth arguing about. The show writers have finally brought out a more aggressive and morally gray side to Daenerys and I for one am very happy about it. The final scene may not have been to everyone's tastes (I thought it was awesome) but you cannot deny it definitely evoked passionate feelings among show fans and our group here so they did something right I hope.

But I lack all of the necessary anatomy! He'll find a way. He's that virile. I'm willing to test that hypothesis if he is. For science, naturally.

Dany walking out from the burning hut was epic, but I think the scene inside was clumsy and bad. I didn't think it was clumsy, I liked the scene as a whole. The problem for me is that it's another triumphant moment of hers that fell short to me, another empty victory, because of the reasons I stated earlier today. That's why it's not in my top 5 scenes of the episode. It's beautiful, it's epic, but it didn't provoke any emotional response from me.

Screw the haters (joking joking, don't take offense!) - Dany's scene was the best scene of the season, and my personal favourite Dany moment.
It's been too long since she didn't rely on her dragons to take charge of a situation, and this the first dragon-less scene where she actually planned her actions. Plus of course, the visuals and music were amazing.

He ain't betraying her. I interpreted the scene pretty differently from you. He was the very last person to bow, and he only did it after looking around and seeing that everyone else was doing it, and Dany was even kinda glaring at him it seemed. I think a Daario betrayal is definitely a possibility. If he doesn't get himself roasted by a dragon first that is.
