I'd have to say it's neck and neck for me this episode. Liam Cunningham and Conleth Hill really took it away imo.
Who do you guys think was the best actor?

I have a few: Iwan Rheon Smalljon's actor Liam Cunningham, who has been hitting it out of the park this season Owen Teale, who was on point in his final scene.

Owean Teale deserves a mention, I'd say.

I'd say Conleth Hill. Don't really care much about Mereen but his scene was pretty awesome.

Owen Teale. Kit. Whoever the stuntmen were in the Tower of Joy.

Robert Aramayo, Kit Harington, Liam Cunningham, Dean S. Jagger, and Jonathan Pryce. Owen Teale too.

Cunningham first and foremost. His face at the beginning was perfect. Then Hill, followed by Edd and Smalljon (names escaping me at the moment.)

Liam Cunningham for sure. And the guys who played The Tower of Joy were all good.

Owen Teale- I am going to deeply miss him. He has been one of the best secondary characters. His speech back in season 1 was a highlight of the season. He was definitely made to be unlikeable and Teale brought a manner that you understood where he came from though he is also very wrong.
Dean S. Jagger as Small Jon- No, I do not like Shaggydog one bit. However, the character is great and entertaining. It was a enjoyable and great performance.
Maisie Williams- She got some breathing and used it greatly.
Conleth Hill- Great to see Varys being menacing. Hill actually transition to it very deftly.
Brenock O'Connor- He gave a good scene for Olly to me. Never quite got the passion of a thousand burning suns he got but I think he gave people what they wanted without being Ghost chow.

It's a nice reminder that, although he is a somehow idealistic man who is working, as he says, for the good of the realm, he is the "goal justifies the means" kind of guy.

I'm giving top honors to Liam this week - he is amazing and I'm so grateful we have Ser Davos there where he's needed.
Runner up goes to Kit - he really managed to evoke terrified but resigned Jon 2.0 in the short period of time we saw him - I'm sure more changes to his personality will become apparent as the season goes on.

I'll have to say Carice and Liam once again. I love sad Mel and the way Carice is playing her, and Liam is just constantly brilliant.

I'm probably perceived as a Jonathan Pryce fanboy by now but I gave the first episode to Lena and the second to Carice so it's time he gets his due. And he really amazes in this scene - lots of new stuff and insights that were not there before. When he kindly invites the king to sit with him.... it's like watching Socrates pwn some princely punk. Exhilarating.
Runner-up: Kit Harington did his best work ever in my opinion.
