So are we allowed to proclaim Jon a red herring and false AA now that Mel came right out and proclaimed him as such? Because I've being hearing for years that Maester Aemon (in book fucking 4) outright saying it's Dany means it can't possibly be her because it was too early of a reveal. I'd say the fact she realises she saw him in the flames is a bigger certainty than Aemon, but honestly it could be either. I still wanna know just why, of all people, she thought it was Stannis? I mean, he has nothing to do with either of them. I hope they explain it. I guess either because the Dragonstone connection between Stan and Dany or because Stannis led her to Jon. Both work in a way.

I still think Azor Ahai is a myth that will be fulfilled by a combination of characters. I'm sure y'all can guess which three.

I kind of think you are right. I don't think Jon is AA. Dany, very possible she is AA. I agree with Mecha-StannisForever, only Bran can warg in the show. So no warging fun for Jon and Ghost. But I need the rest of the direwolves to stay alive. Tired of dead and/or unlucky Starks and dead direwolves.

Would be pretty interesting is Mel herself was AA. She has been seeking the prophesied hero for all of her life, only to be it herself. But that's not happening, Davos will make sure of it. But I'm pretty sure Jon is still Azor Ahai.

My only arguement against other wargs, or at least other major Wargs since some wildlings do it, is that, much like my reason for doubting Stoneheart (sorry guys), if you have too many people do something, ie Warg, return from the dead etc. it makes it less important.

Need a ToJ appreciation thread or something because damn was Arthur Dayne great. Above all though, Aramayo absolutely nailed a young Ned, he must have studied Sean Bean's voice or something, he had that down.

you don't think it could be... Davos? Davos is Lightbringer. That's probably my favourite fan theory.

Aramayo looked believably like a young Sean Bean, facial expressions the same and the voice very close to Bean's own. Great casting and a great job by the actor.

He sliced it, but it wasn't a deep cut.
