Since the first season we have been blessed with the immense talent of this composer. He has made the great scenes in the show even more epic with his wonderful music, it's hard to imagine anyone else in the role for this show. Why he has never won an Emmy, is a complete mystery to me. Time to recognize the man who has written the music of some of the most well known Game of Thrones melodies: The Rains of Castamere, Warrior of Light, the Stark's theme, and of course, the iconic opening theme (five years later, it's still one of the best opening themes in TV history for me). With each new season, the music got better and I am expecting big things from season 6.

My favourite themes are Warrior of Light, everything Dany, Rains of Castamere, the intro and of course the Winterfell theme. Djawadi had probably nothing to do with this(?), but I also loved that this was the music to the end-credits after Jaime lost his hand.  |

I have enjoyed the Game of thrones soundtrack for years and i couldnt tell you what my favourite song is. I think Dany's theme is my favourite, but i generally love how all the music is a variation on the main title. So brilliant.
I also thought the music for Hardhome was among his best work. Just absolutely chilling.

Stannis, Dany, ironborn, and the Bolton themes are the best. A shame that they haven't released Bolton tracks yet. I like particularly the one that plays when they ride to Winterfell in 4x08, and the one that started playing after Rams killed Roose.

Subscribing to this thread - fantastic work he's done. I will enjoy listening to these as a playlist later tonight. Great idea having a place to collect all of these amazing musical works.
