Best episodes
1. The Rains of Castamere: Michelle, Richard, David Bradley, Michael McElhatton and the rest were at their best. It would have been near perfect without Dany and a better handled Jon's part of Queenscrown.
2. Baelor. Sean Bean should have won an Emmy that year.
3. The Wolf and the Lion-Ned's argument with Robert over Dany and the confrontation with Jaime.
4. The Prince of Winterfell (I think it's that one where Robb is talking to Roose and saying he wants Theon's head...I loved the scenes between the two of them)
5. The Bear and the Maiden Fair for purely shallow reasons.
6. Kissed by Fire, another episode that Richard Madden (I thought) was excellent in. And that is also the same episode where Jaime says to Brienne "by what right does the wolf have to judge a lion?"
7.Two Swords, the best episode of season 4 in my opinion
Worst:
Mhysa...I might rate it better with some time and another re-watch. The only parts I enjoyed were Arya and the Hound, Roose and Walder cackling over what they just did. The rest...eh...I think because I wanted to really happen didn't happen.

I liked the Kingsroad, it really set the mood for the series in general.
Blackwater is my favourite though. I particularly enjoyed all the Stannis brain surgery.

Blackwater is #1 and probably always will be, but the rest of that top 10 is in no particular order and I'm not 100% on the s4 picks. 4.05 only narrowly beats out 4.02, 4.07, and 4.08. I just think 4.05, 4.09 and 4.10 were the most solid overall in an action-packed season.

^ Wow! It seems like you are REALLY enjoying Season 5! I really like it too, but none of the episodes have cracked the top 15 yet. I'm sure at least three of the upcoming 5 will though! Hardhome, Daznakh, Walk of Shane, whatever's going down at Winterfell, Dorne, Arya- I'm sure all the climaxes will be stunning as usual!

By the way, while it's not my favourite, I find The Old Gods and the New to probably be one of the most interesting episodes in terms of the divide.
I've seen a lot of book readers not like it on Westeros.org, but the reviewers and unsullied seem to love it!
Whatculture calls it the 7th best episode of the show (http://whatculture.com/tv/10-best-game-thrones-episodes.php/5), AV Club gave it an A and IGN gave it a perfect 10 (one of 6 that GoT has received from them).

If this was top 15 I'd definitely have more from season 1 but I just think the newer ones are better, albeit different
