**Edit: Nevermind - I had it no spoilers but decided that's just going to be too tricky with all the possible theories floating around about Melisandre possibly resurrecting Jon Snow (or not). Sorry but I decided to change it to spoiler territory so if you're keeping away from those I'm thinking this one's not a good one to read yet!
So ...
Based only on what you've seen from season 5, the teasers and the trailers, what does "The Red Woman" signify as the season 6 episode 1 premiere title and theme?
For most it's obviously some significance about Melisandre, but in my mind it's more about Davos since he's the one who called her that in a derogatory fashion and it appears they are interacting from the trailer.
List out your best theory to why they decided to call the first episode "The Red Woman!"

Well, I thought it was going to be about revealing the person behind the mysterious figure (the "Red Woman"), ie. showcasing her humanity.
But after the rumors that her reveal is a "lurid" one, I don't know anymore.

Well, maybe this is too far-fetched, but considering that GoT titles usually have multiple meanings, this could also be a reference to other characters besides Melisandre. Red is the colour of extremes. It's the colour of passionate love, seduction, violence, danger and anger. Of course the title is still mainly about Mel, but taking the symbolic meaning of the colour red into consideration, this could also be about Cersei. Maybe even other characters as well.

But after the rumors that her reveal is a "lurid" one, I don't know anymore. I'm not sure what that would mean other than possibly she was a prostitute or sex slave in her past? Maybe the reveal isn't about her childhood or becoming a red priestess at all though Carice has also said we'll learn her backstory, right? Carice is much more difficult to figure out from her hints in interviews. Well, maybe this is too far-fetched, but considering that GoT titles usually have multiple meanings, this could also be a reference to other characters besides Melisandre. Sometimes the titles have had multiple meanings in past seasons and sometimes they are just the obvious so it's definitely possible there's more reference than Melisandre. Cersei was wearing a red dress on the water's edge waiting for Jaime's boat to return, Sansa has red hair (hehe) but this one seems obviously pointing to Melisandre and Davos and whatever conflict/resolution they have immediately following Jon's death.

Maybe this red woman appears in the premiere after all I doubt it. They didn't use any of the premiere scenes in the second trailer. Also, Tyrion & Varys discuss Stannis' defeat with Kinvara, there's no way they know about it that fast. I think this scene is from 6x03.

Nezzer - It's still something to think about though, interesting new material since we now have a new trailer! Do we know for certain nothing in the trailer is from episode 1 though? I find it odd they're having this new red priestess dress identical to Melisandre - what do you guys think? I never thought of her outfit and choker as some sort of 'uniform' but rather her own personal style. This new one could be her younger sister or doppleganger she looks very similar.

Plenty of stuff in this trailer is from episode 1, I imagine. I'm pretty sure that Davos vs. the mutineers is episode 1 stuff, at least.

Unless the scene where Thorne & the mutineers try to break through the door is from 6x01, I don't think there is.

Lyanna lying in bloodied sheets? Too soon. I think the Tower of Joy was confirmed to be in episode 5 or 6.

I think we all know this means Lady Stoneheart, the woman ressurected by the Red God.
Also, Melisandre the Red Woman, Cersei the Woman in Red, etc etc. Multiple meanings. But LSH is one of them.
