Not a parallel to the show, but to the book of Revelations. AZOR H. AHAI VS. THE ANTI-CHRISTTHE PRINCE THAT WAS PROMISED VS. THE PRINCE OF DARKNESS

So I assume we will have seen the rest of the ToJ flashback by 6x09, does this title confirm Jon is in fact a bastard? I've never really bought into the idea that R&L secretly married in a polygamous marriage situation.

I've never really bought into the idea that R&L secretly married in a polygamous marriage situation. It's looking more and more likely that the rest of the ToJ scene will be in episode 10, so it isn't a confirmation.

Random thoughts for this battle/ep: #1 - Will Ghost make an appearance? I thought we heard rumors that hounds/dogs unit would be present. I did try to find the source but couldn't #2 - The battle finishes where #3 - Do we assume that there's at least 1 or 2 turncloaks present? Umbers or Karstarks going to flip sides at one point? #4 - What other armies will be present? We're assuming the Glovers and Manderlys sit this one out. But this article speculates that House Moss, Hornwood, Ryswell were banners present. #5 - Will we finally meet a present day version of Howland Reed? . Speculation again from this article. #6 - What will Melisandre doing before the battle? We saw her during the teaser, will she give Jon advice? Will she tell him "I saw this victory in the flames". And will she she survive the episode, since it seems likely that Davos will find out about Shireen?

No Snow. I thought maybe CGI wise they had solved the snow on the ground problem for this episode. The Snowbowl becomes more like the Snowflurry bowl.

Soooo... that's a very curious point you bring up. We saw in the Promo that Davos does find the pyre where Shireen was sacrificed (and I think he's holding the little stag he carved for her) ... how do you think (just speculating) that's going to go down between he and Melisandre? Do you think Melisandre will mention the fact that the "Lord of Light" (otherwise henceforth known as LOL ) melted the snows for the battle and that battle was not Stannis but Jon Snow's battle? Will anyone buy that theory and believe her?

That didn't pan out.

But the snows are still obviously gone for Snowbowl. Oh the irony.

She really has no other option but it would be an awesome nod if she said "Sacrificing the princess ceased the storm, but in so, it weaken the hearts of men that followed Stannis. I see that now now. That's something you don't see in the flames. But I did see the Boltons banners fall and now I believe Jon is the Prince that was Promised, and you Ser Davos are Lightbringer". Then I have no clue what happens.

Then I have no clue what happens. I was never really sold on the Lightbringer and Azor A'hai being actual people or happening again. I kind of interpreted that like a loose biblical story or something. BUT it's obvious now this Red God does have something going on or at least the magic surrounding it's belief. I really do hope she mentions that it's cleared the weather and that there's still good that can come from the mistakes made before. The audience needs some sort of catharsis and lately they've been skipping over it with Jon, Arya, Sansa ... pushing forward with the outcomes and no explanations.

A bingo was provided for the Snowbowl (and the rest of the remaining episodes)!
