In all honesty, what the episode reveals is that LF perhaps says a bit less than we expected. Whatever, I wasn't trying to ruin anything for anyone. All is well. I was just looking over vol. 1 of this thread, and really, there's something... exciting, if a bit disconcerting, in not knowing what's going to happen to everybody. This must be how show-only viewers have experienced GoT all these years and something we book readers have never until now known. Is Brienne going to Winterfell? No idea! Will Bronn die? Or Brienne? Or... who knows, Jaime? Tommen? Varys? Stannis? No freakin' idea. There's a level of excitement, for me anyway--I mean, I've always loved the show, don't care a whit that its different than the books. And this season, for the very first time, I get to sort of sit back and hold my breath, not knowing what's coming next. Its a good thing, as Martha Stewart would say. I like it.

Ignoring it.
He assured Roose she was a virgin and her marriage with Tyrion went unconsumated so "by the of the land she is no man's wife". So yeah, they're just going to pretend the marriage never happened.
