I think Stannis leaves WF in ep. 6 so it's possible, judging by his scruff progression Do you mean Castle Black? And I thought that would be in Ep. 5. based off of Stannis saying that he would leave in a fortnight in Ep. 3.

Yep, I meant Castle Black, sorry having a drink here I think he will be there for Aemon funeral, that shot seems to be from this And I imagine it would be near episode's ending so him leaving will be ep.6:

Sati Wasn't that from Mance's burning?
I wonder if in episode 5 Stannis will ask Jon's advice on how to gather support in the North. Is it possible that Deepwood Motte is in ep 7? I really want it to be plus would like to see Yara again.
I think in this episode jon receives word about Hardhome. Decides to strike a deal with Tormund; he gets to settle the wildlings in the Gift if he helps the wildlings at Hardhome escape from Rattleshirt.
I also think Arya will kill the insurance salesman. her first assignment.
Tyrion and Jorah are sold into slavery this episode. Jorah starts training for pit fighting because he gets allocated as gladiator. no idea about tyrion and how he ends up with dany and hizdahr in ep 9.

^Yeah, I definitely think that was a shot that was meant for the Mance-burning sequence. It wouldn't be the first time a shot unused in the show was in the trailers.

I think Tyrion will be sold to Hizdahr in episode 8 and be with him and co. in Daznak's. Dany won't know who he is this season though. BTW, what is no-Tyrion episode this season? Fifth one?

Sati Wasn't that from Mance's burning? I gif every single Stannis moment and that particular shot was not in it, so it must be another unused shot, they always cut the ones I love the most! The shots of crying Brienne and Cersei were also my fav and not in the episodes

Dany inspecting the gladiators for the fighting pits could be in this episode as stated above that Jorah starts his training. I hope this episode opens with Stannis taking Deepwood Motte and ends with Cersei's arrest. Then Episode 8 opens with Cersei in the black cells receiving a visit from Kevan, who has returned from Casterly Rock and has taken over as Lord Regent. Then Cersei writes the letter to Jaime requesting his help.

I'm trying to figure what purpose Yezzan is supposed to serve this season. He was important enough to include in the major casting announcement in the summer but we don't see him early in the season and he doesn't look like he's at Daznak's. He's listed as a Meerenese slaver so I assumed he would play a role in the handoff of Tyrion to Dany but I'm not even sure how that's supposed to happen given that Hizdahr looks to be part of the selection of slaves during their pit fighting demonstration (which is probably this episode).
The only thing I can think of is that he's introduced simply as a slaver at some point but he actually ends up being the Harpy which is revealed near the end of the season/Daznak with Hizdahr being presented as the red herring all along.
Otherwise, he's not much more than a featured extra and I can't see them going to the trouble of including him in the casting annoncement with all the Dorne crew and the High Sparrow if that were the case.

THIS soo much. i've been wondering this too. out of all the characters...they cast yezzan? i think he buys tyrion and jorah and is the one to initiate slavery outside/inside mereen again. he could also be in partner with that brothel worker (who is sort of a green grace replacement). i agree that hizdahr may be a red herring But with so little characters in the show, they may need him to be behind the attacks.

What about Melisandre's gift to Jon? In the book she and Mance wanted to get Jon's sister to gain his trust. And having saved Mance was Melisandre's first gift to him. Sansa in the show might be the second.
I don't know, how is the consensus on this board about Mance's aliveness?

I don't know, how is the consensus on this board about Mance's aliveness? Gone. Really? Why does everyone think he is so unimportant all of a sudden? Firs no one is allowed to touch him with any theory and then he is like some irrelevant character that just appears and then is gone? His arc is pretty important to so many characters.

Well, it was initially based mostly on how differently he reacted to being burned. He's very stoic about it, and much more like Mance than Rattleshirt was in ADWD. Also Hinds has said in an interview that he's definitely gone, he noted that he understood there was a twist with the burning in the book, but if that twist plays out, it won't involve him.

I thought the choice of words he had with Jon was more than out of character for Mance. Felt more like the show Tormund word choice.
And the intense looks Mance and Tormund gave each other.
And now a real Sansa is in WF.
I think the show includes him. Different actor yes, but don't give up on the idea yet. Mance is more important than most know. He is the wildling that keeps the wildlings from taking revenge. Tormund or Rattleshirt etc would go on a killing spree.

It was also very much like in the book. There was no indication that someone changed places with Mance except when RS screamed. But besides that, nothing. Sorry, I derail this thread. I stop now

There are no spearwives, no Mance (or Mance substitute) in Winterfell, no glamour, no Mance baby or dead wife. He served his purpose on the show so they decided to kill him off the way he died in the books but this time for real.
If you're trying to look anymore into it, you'll probably be disappointed.

cutting stoneheart is one thing. But Mance? That is just horrible.
God, you give that show chances after chances to make up for stuff, but they just fuck up some more.
Still curious how Ciaran said if Mance came back it wouldn't be him.

What exactly does Mance do in the books after the burning that absolutely requires him to remain in the story? To me, the secret agent Winterfell mission felt silly and the whole glamour business was one of the stupidest things Martin has put into the series. Very glad they realized that was not going to work on screen.
