I'm just curious to see the general consensus on the board for this theory. I added in the names for the theories that I've seen (There are even some people who think super meta and think Cersei herself is the YMBQ!!)
Personally I think the YMBQ is Dany.

i think it is Margery or Sansa. i'm going to put my vote on Sansa, i think her paranoia about getting replaced started when Sansa got betrothed to Joffrey.
Because Dany hasn't had much of an impact on Cersei's life, and by the time they intersect (if they ever do) i doubt Dany will be able to take 'all that she holds dear' as i think it would be gone by then.

From Cersei's point of view it's almost any young noble woman, she genuinely doesn't know so is paranoid about all of them.
Who does the prophecy actually mean, probably Daenarys. I'm not sure Cersei actually has to be alive for her to take all she holds dear, that could be just the Crown.

Cersei thought it would be Sansa. Now she thinks it's Margaery. She has attempted to ruin both their lives because she believed it was them. I believe it will actually be Dany, and all her conniving won't save her.

Considering that Cersei has not given Dany much thought at all and she was pretty convinced it was Sansa and then Margaery, which means it's not them. I don't see Sansa ever returning to KL. And show wise (not sure about the books), if Margaery gets out...I'm sure she'll continue to be a thorn in Cersei's side.

Maybe this is a cop-out, but does it have to be someone specific? I've always seen this prophecy as a self-fulfilling one. The YMBQ is whoever Cersei chooses. First it was Sansa, then it was Margaery. It can change again. It doesn't matter, because it's not the actual YMBQ that is destroying Cersei, but Cersei herself is doing that with her crazy behaviour and paranoia.

The fear of being replaced by the YMBQ is her Sword of Damocles which fuels her actions.

But at the same time I don't expect there to be a big showdown between Dany and Cersei or anything like that

The one true Queen of Westeros, of course.
Daenerys Stormborn of the House Targaryen, the first of her name, Queen of the Andals, the Rhoynar and the First Men, Queen of the Seven Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm, the Unburnt, Mother of Dragons, Breaker of Chains, Queen of Meereen, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea.
And don't you forget it!

It doesn't matter, because it's not the actual YMBQ that is destroying Cersei, but Cersei herself is doing that with her crazy behaviour and paranoia. That version is very popular but IMO doesn't work for several reasons. However Cersei's paranoia is basically making whoever she is suspicious of the YMBQ which is why it is, nevertheless, a self-fulfilling thing. So I guess what I am trying to say is I fully agree that Cersei is destroying herself, but she is doing it by targeting her replacement as queen ( Margaery ) not by herself being the YMBQ. I think it is Marge, just as Cersei suspects, because Cersei made it so. If not Marge then Sansa. Noone else has had anything whatsoever to do with her downward spiral and significant personal losses, which have already happened. I think it makes no sense to not include the loss of Joffrey in an account of losing "everything she holds dear". Only Sansa and Marge had anything to do with the loss of Joffrey.
