Trying to analyze Sue's words since she might know if Melisandre lives or dies
Well, we’re not sure. Melisandre’s fate is a big question mark, going into season 6. Speculation is rampant about the character this year. She’s alive and well at the end of season 5, but with her character largely responsible for Shireen’s death, and her mystical powers possibly playing into into the Jon Story story, her future seems uncertain. There are many who theorize the priestess won’t survive season 6.
Game of Thrones season 7 is expected to start shooting mid-summer. Though it’s not clear when the actress is due, given the announcement’s timing, Carice will likely be very pregnant and showing in ways that can’t be hidden by simply filming around her belly. And of course, spending significant time at work when you’ve only just given birth is very difficult physically. The show worked around Lena Headey’s pregnancies/births, so it’s possible that happens once again. Game of Thrones could arrange to have any Melisandre filming to occur later, in the fall.
But we do have to wonder if this is another sign that Melisandre won’t be returning after season 6.
I get the impression she suspects Mel dies for whatever reason but she didn't hear of a death scene so she's not sure. Or maybe she does know and is trolling us.

I think she does know and is trying her best not to spoil. but there's definitely a difference in her wording in regards to when Lena was pregnant in which Sue was just like "eh its no big deal, they'll just reschedule for Lena". plus Melisandre as the surprising major character death would make sense, especially with how minor Rickon is

Unbelievable I don't think its like that, more that it's probably easier to have a baby when a time consuming work commitment is over, especially if carice had some idea in which season her role would be over especially if its a work commitment in which her looks are important. if mel dies in season 6, then carice definitely has less pressure of losing the baby weight off in a given amount of time now

That's gonna be a damned good-looking kid. But I think this can be shot around if needs be and s7 can be scheduled around this like the s6 shoot was shot around Lena's pregnancy. The shoot's go into December remember, so room could be made somewhere I'm sure.

It's doable is my point, whatever might be in the cards for her.

I think Melisandre dies this season, though. I think Davos finds out what she did and he is the one who ends her

I don't want to get too gossipy, but from what I've gathered there was very little planned about any of it.

Tbh I wouldn't be surprised if Melisandre died this season. I don't think she will though. Season 6 already has many people dying.

I think Melisandre dies this season, though. I think Davos finds out what she did and he is the one who ends her I wouldn't be surprised. And considering that she basically instigated Shireen's death, I can't see Davos finding out and not killing her. He's never had much love for her to begin with. However, if Melisandre does survive this season, the show could find many ways to film around her pregnancy. They did so for Lena two times. I don't think her being pregnant is any clue as to her fate on the show.
