I was listening to what Javi said again and he said that the only people who know about that surprising death are he, his colleague from the 7R Jesús and people from WotW. I remember a post from Jesús months ago in which he said that something was going to happen that will cause a lot of controversy. I am going to try to find that comment to see if was related to a specific storyline although I think it would be quite difficult.... Javi talked about that death as an example of something that he wish he hadn't learned because it was really surprising and he would have liked to learned it reading the books. He said that now when that happens (if happens) in the books he will say " damn, I know this since November 2015" So it is a major scene then. Otherwise he wouldn't be so sure it's also a book spoiler.

The only death that would surprise me is Jaime. If it's in the RL I think it'd more likely be Brienne of the two of them. But

If I have to guess though, only for the way he says it, I'd say is pretty likely.

IMO Jaime is the valonqar so Brienne dying is a bigger possibility than him

Some Northern stuff too, though Snowbowl was long done by then.

I think Brienne, Margaery, and Theon are more likely than Jaime because he appeared in the win a trip to S7 filming video.

I just realized I don't think it's Jaime because he claimed to know Jaime's final scene of the season far earlier than November.

I don't think the characters are Brienne or Margaery. Javi really hates Brienne, so I don't really think he would mind to know about her death in advance. And about Margaery... he always says that the only storyline he doesn't know much about is Kings Landing. I am more inclined to think that the character is from the North or Riverrun just because he knows extras for both storylines.

Littlefinger's death on the other hand would be pretty damn surprising

Best case scenario, he means Rickon. Rickon is the kind of character death that might disturb a big book fan like Javi (is he also a Stark fan?) And it would be unexpected for it to happen this quickly. Worst case scenario it's someone relevant to the show

Javi said in the podcast that he knows where every storyline will end this season, except for King's Landing. So... Neither Cersei nor Margeary are the misterious dead character, I think. By the way, Javi is really annoying with his "I Know and I won't tell you" attitude.

Javi also said Sue knew about Stannis and Shireen's deaths almost a year in advance. Didn't know that.

Not sure about what he thinks about the Starks, he is a Stannis fanboy though.
Btw, probably you already know this but just in case: the day HBO released the trailer he said about the scene in the Bolton crosses: "one of the characters burning died last season, the other one did not"...

umm I think the dead is probably related with the battle in the north. I didn't find the post I was looking but I found an interesting exchange in the comments of this article: lossietereinos.com/revelados-nuevos-detalles-con-spoilers-sobre-la-batalla-del-norte-de-la-sexta-temporada/For reference, the article is the one in which they told us about Sansa being in the battle along with other Starks (Jon included) and that some characters who had been with us from several season will died on it. In the comments of the article Jesús said: Then, a user asked Jesús about it. She said:
