Maybe Beric won't be dead? but i think its been confirmed that Thoros and Beric won't be appearing? ( archiechvyalthan or @alcasinoroyale will know). But they did cast outlaws so some gang will be appearing this season in the riverlands. That could be a possibility, but if he's not dead, they will need to invent a complete new story for him and that is just so... redundant. We could hear about Beric's death from the band of outlaws that Brienne runs into who have left the BwB and created their own group of renegades with Lachlan as their leader. Not sure how they'll work around LSH unless they say Beric was hunted down by the Freys or some shit.

I'm sure Thoros will be back at some point.
And IIRC Richard Dormer has said that he won't be back?

I'm sure Thoros will be back at some point. And IIRC Richard Dormer has said that he won't be back? He said, I seem to recall, that nobody has asked him to come back yet. But I agree, if we see the Brotherhood again it will probably be just Thoros. I doubt we'll ever see Anguy or Beric again.

My suspicion is that Thoros will be back. Paul Kaye's response in an interview was similar to Tim Plester's, Tobias Menzies' and other Riverlands actors who are confirmed to be back ("my character's still alive", "hopefully no more weddings", etc).
It was Richard Dormer who said he didn't ever expect to be back.

I've been reading some wackadoo Euron theories on ASOIAF reddit and I'm hyping out right now. I don't care if the trailer's next week or the week after, just please let him be in it.

What are some of the crazy theories? That he was "Urrathon Night-Walker" in Qarth who Xaro said had glass candles which were burning. Because there's an ancient Greyjoy who Asha thinks about in one of her ADWD chapters who was called Urrathon, who was unseated in a Kingsmoot because one son wasn't present. Which is the precedent Asha wants to use via Theon. Just the idea that Euron has glass candles, plus Warlocks and his potential Faceless Man connection (though this theory didn't believe in that), makes him all the more formidable. Particularly if he sticks around for a while. I've been reading some wackadoo Euron theories on ASOIAF reddit and I'm hyping out right now. And his history might not be the same.

Honestly, the more information I hear about S6... the less excited I feel. I'm trying to remain optimistic, but so far, we have next to no HQ stills, no trailer or shorts besides Jaime, Cersei, Ramsay, Daenerys (why no Starks???), a line by Bran and Bloodraven, absolutely nothing on the Brotherhood Without Banners, all the rumors sound silly...
I'm so negative I know. Just needed to say that and get it off my chest.
That said, I'm really excited for Sam's arc, and the introduction of Euron. I know people are a bit iffy on the actor, but so were alot of people with Pedro Pascal, who was acclaimed as Oberyn. Willing to give him a chance. And we see The Reach!!!!!! Hopefully its like how I imagined, France during the 18th Century.
Dreading Davos learning that Melisandre and Stannis killed Shireen. If done well, it could be one of the most heartbreaking scenes on the show. We were denied Tysha, so give us this at least.
I know I sound negative, but I'm really, really trying to be positive. I am going to watch the show, despite many people telling me I should stop watching. Have no plans to.

It will be very sad if the show cuts Beric and LSH. Everyone knows I am a huge LSH supporter, but this time I'm not just complaining about her being cut, but also about continuity: GoT is not the kind of show to just drop characters like that. Beric has had a huge appearance, with his eyepaych, flaming sword and endless lives. If he simply vanishes or "dies" offscreen (and by that I mean literally dying, not passing on his life to someone who is not Catelyn), then I will be disappointed. Again: not because of LSH, but because this whole storyline will be flawed.

I assume in writers' minds the time can be better spent on somrthing else and they will never address it again

i'm pretty sure there will be some confrontation between Davos and Melisandre. There's nothing else left in Davos' storyline since he hasn't been sent to find rickon, and we don't know whether he will do that on the show.

I think there is some evidence, that supports it: #1 - D&D has never ruled her out. Ever. #2 - Minor Frey character casting and Lothar expected to return. #3 - Outlaws in Season 6 (BWB probably) Plus I always thought that they wanted to maximize Jon's resurrection by making his the first one shown on screen. While, Jon's death changed him, he's still in essence the character we know from the beginning. Catelyn resurrection couldn't go worse. She's returns a monster.

True, only Alex Graves said something like that. And he, well, he is a dumbass. Good director, but damn I hate him in interviews.

BTW guys, I'm not being pessimistic to piss off my fellow LSH fans. I would be thrilled if mattpeto turned out to be right. But I think I'll enjoy the season more if I have a more realistic or pessimistic (depends on how you see it) view on this. I don't want to be expecting LSH just to be disappointed once again. So I concentrate on the things I know will happen and hype them instead.

I think they may tone down the most fantastical elements (his connection to warlocks, for instance), while still suggesting that something is very wrong with this character. That would probably make him even creepier. I'm very excited about Euron because he could be the first top-tier villain who isn't a caricature of evil, but something altogether more disturbing (unlike Joffrey and Ramsay, although I love Joffrey just the way he is...)

Ill think they'll make his fleet a band of 'misfits' more like typical pirates. There will be sonething really evil they will need to show him do. Because the show always prefers to make things obvious. I think the implied assasination of his own brother and attempt to keep yara prisoner/kill her will be it. Theons there in the mix as well now so im not sure at all what will happen. The inclusion of the dragon horn is pretty important, i hope they keep that.

Again: not because of LSH, but because this whole storyline will be flawed. Michelle Fairley and Richard Dormer (who plays Beric) are teaming up for a British series about murder in a frozen town. And just recently she was on a show called "Resurrection". You couldn't make this stuff up if you tried...
