I thought this was interesting:
Had no idea that Pryce had been offered a character role in season 1. I could guess at several. Seems he may have turned it down because he thought the show would bomb. I can be sympathetic with that. Have the feeling a number of actors turned down roles for that reason , but we may never know who.
