I dunno how many of you are interested in Minecraft, but I know you're all interested in castles, so I figured I would show you the one I'm currently building! I'm not the best builder, so I took some inspiration from someone on Youtube and made my own tweaks and changes, plus since I built it with a modpack, I have way more blocks to use. Front gate:  Courtyard:  Main entrance:  Beginning of entry hall:  One floor of the guard towers (forgot to put swords in the stands oops):  Clearly still a work in progress, the courtyard definitely needs more than rosebushes and a fountain. All done by hand as well, no world edit for those damn gates and towers. I also might put stone bricks in some of the walls rather than having bars all the way around. Let me know what you guys think and I can keep updating whenever I get some work done on it, if you like it.  |

I fucked up  The copy of Wticher 3 I ordered from Amazon isn't due to come until the 25th(!!!!!!!) and it's been dispatched already so I can't cancel and order again from Amazon directly  |

Lol I was thinking maybe China but your suggestion sounds about right  I'm hoping that that is just a gross overestimation of how long it will take and that it will actually be here by, idk, Monday. I doubt it though urgh. The reason this has happened is because I ordered it, but didn't realise that the seller wasn't Amazon, otherwise it would have been here by now. And by the time I realised it wasn't Amazon, it had already been dispatched so it was too late to cancel. I was tempted to just re-order and return the late one, but... I'm an ex-student who has not yet entered employment so I couldn't risk being £40 short for like a month  |

lordcarson LOVE that castle you built! You are a far better Minecraft builder than I am that's for sure! The 'castle' my son and I have built (he's 5 yrs old and adores Minecraft haha) looks like a child's sticks and legos in a vaguely square shape with a tower and some walls LOL. I'm sure you may have seen this already - but to tie-in GoT as a fandom to Minecraft ... probably one of the most spectacular things I've ever seen in Minecraft is the Westeros project: westeroscraft.com/If you've never visited the server it's well worth downloading the special texture packs required to see it in all it's glory. It's stunning.

Thanks @envie!  I've walked around pretty much all of Westeroscraft They're redoing a lot of the builds right now, so I can't wait to see it closer to being finished! There's a Middle-earth server as well which is equally great! |

The writing is so fucking good, I'm laughing my ass off, most of the time ... I love Phoenix Wright, but haven't played it in years and barely remember the characters. But I do remember that I had a blast while playing it and that the stories were absolutely ridiculous. I think the only other game that made me laugh so hard was Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga. Thanks for reminding me of these games. Need to pick it up again very soon. |

They all have great stories and characters, and the writing in all three games is amazing. Admittedly the first game, Origins, hasn't aged very well and it is kinda underwhelming from a gameplay perspective, but the story totally makes up for it. If you have the hardware, you should play Origins on PC, because it is virtually unplayable on consoles, due to bad controls and an atrocious framerate. Dragon Age is also a very gay-friendly franchise. In all three games, you have the option to romance certain gay members of your party. I freaking love Dorian in Inquisition ...  |
