Hizdahr is totally going to be outed as the Harpy, or at least one of the Sons, right? I mean, since we don't have the Green Grace or someone like that

I mean, since we don't have the Green Grace or someone like that I think so, I mean, even in the books he's obviously in cahoots with them. Him im being the Harpy would just be an easy way to unite a few storylines together. It should be interesting to see what happens to him during and after the Pit.

She made the right call in executing Mossador. It perhaps wasn't wise, but it was just. Stannis would have done the same.
Good to see her growing and struggling with moral decisions. Barristan's history lesson was also useful.

Barristan's history lesson was also useful. Someone mentioned on the other board the making the right call isn't always the best call and I see where he's coming from. I agree this was the right call because not only to M(can't remember the rest of his name) disobeyed a direct order, he undermined her authority. He gave her no choice. I was reading through the reviews that ihearteverus posted and the reviewers were kind of all over the place regarding what the execution meant. Some though it emulated the execution of Ned by Joffrey, which I find outrageous because the circumstances could not be more different. Other thought it was more akin to Robb's execution of Karstark which I think is much more accurate. Nonetheless, a lot of them thought it was a mistake. However, none offered a better solution for the problem which I think is what D&D were ultimately trying to get at with this. As a ruler sometimes there are bad decisions and worst decision. It's going to get murkier and murkier from here, me thinks. I do wonder how D&D are going to work out the former slaves support for Dany towards the end of the season. Right now they all hate her because Mhysa gave one of them a permanent time-out. However, we know that at the end of the books when Hizzy tries to take over the former slaves won't have any of it and are still very supportive of Dany.

No Dany this episode but I was really happy to see Jorah. Iain as always was great, barely spoke but we knew exactly what was on his mind.

I posted this in the Ice and Fire thread but I'll post it here too.
The Executions
The House of Black and White: Dany's execution of Mossador. The situation was made to look very similar to Robb’s beheading of Rickard Karstark. Here we have two young leaders holding prisoners form an opposition/enemy group, then having a supporter of theirs break into the cell where these prisoner(s) are being held and kill them, violated a direct order from the King/Queen. Thus, both young leaders feel obligated to behead their supporter.
High Sparrow: Jon's execution of Slynt. The styling and mannerism of Jon execution Slynt emulated those of Robb killing Karstark. I am also informed that the music used in the execution of Karstark is the same used for the execution of Slynt.
So, we have a parallel between Dany and Jon but also between the two of them and Robb.

I haven't read the whole thread so far, but just came here to say I really love the Dany/Meereen storyline this season (much more than I did in ADWD), it's after the North my favourite arc so far.
