I'm going to reread the series this autumn, because I plan on writing my thesis on the topic of "Eschatology and Death in the Harry Potter books".

Me too Don't worry guys, as long as you don't study Theology or (in my case) Philosophy, you don't need to know that word. I didn't know it either before my studies.

I once had a friend who identified as Ravenclaw and was so sure that Pottermore was going to put him there. He was so sure that he even tried to fix the test, deliberately trying to pick Ravenclaw-like answers. He ended up a 'puff. He was devastated. But honestly, if you're not smart enough to fix the Pottermore sorting quiz then you don't deserve to be a Ravenclaw. And if you're someone who considers yourself a Ravenclaw and hate everything Hufflepuff but are too stupid to realise that answering "what do you value most about yourself? (heavily paraphrased)" with "nice" (over "intelligence", "cunning" and "bravery"), then.... you deserve Hufflepuff

I love how no one here wants to be a Hufflepuff, while the whole freaking point of these books was to show that love, trustworthiness, loyalty and kindness (all Hufflepuff traits) are the most important things in life. I can honestly say I wouldn't mind being a Hufflepuff.

That's what I would do to all Hufflepuffs and Mudbloods, if I had my way. #MagicIsMight #PureBloodWorldDomination Enemies of the Heir, beware!

I can honestly say I wouldn't mind being a Hufflepuff. So true But my reasons for not wanting to be a Hufflepuff isn't really because I think they suck, it's just that the things I am most proud of about myself are represented better by other houses (Ravenclaw with a touch of Slytherin), and Hufflepuff is kind of the opposite of that, so if that's where I landed I'd be pretty devastated

I can honestly say I wouldn't mind being a Hufflepuff. I think it's because Hufflepuff was the least explored House in all the books, the most relevant character from Hufflepuff was Cedric, and he died in the same book he became a bit relevant. They lack representation.

And what did you get with your muggle-born/Hufflepuff extermination? You got the main sparkling vampire from Twilight. That's what you got. You should feel bad
