So a little more about Skrein's departure from GoT , tho "politics involved " does exactly clear anything up, except that , it seems, HBO gave him the boot. That could be anything. News here: Ed SkreinThere have been squawks about GoT casting , but they have done a really good , except in this case, Skrein didn't really fit and neither does Michiel Huisman. I don't mean not finding someone who did well with a clown beard. Huisman is ok tho, I don't think Skrein fit from the start. They did need someone who was big and athletic , but there must be some of those who are better actors. |

No one can look like Daario. You know why? Because it would be too silly for GoT to have his beard, moustache and hair be different colour. And I think it wouldn't be beliavable for Dany to fall for a guy like that.
Huisman is ok.
Skrein was too weird.

I don't think the story for Skrein leaving ever truly came out. Quitting for a movie is stupid when he's on the most successful show on TV. I wonder if he pissed someone off behind the scenes and got fired?
I actually think he was a better Daario..he has a more punchable face, which is fitting for that character.
