I know this is getting ridiculous, but I had another Stoneheart dream last night. I guess my subconscious really, really wants this to happen on the show. This dream was a bit weird, though. I dreamt that I was watching some modern times horror-fantasy show with Sarah Michelle Gellar and Chris Hemsworth in the leading roles. Sarah's character's mother was killed in a previous episode and she keeps having visions of her mom's resurrection, but doesn't believe in them. But then Chris Hemsworth's character is kidnapped by a hooded figure and Sarah tries to save him only to realize that the hooded figure was her resurrected mother all along. The mother was played by Michelle Fairley and was basically Lady Stoneheart. The last "scene" in my dream was Sarah Michelle Gellar's shocked face saying "mother...?" I think it's save to say that I'm going crazy.

I haven't had any dreams in a while, but I see the signs, they're everywhere, and all of them are pointing to Lady Stoneheart. She is coming. )

I wish I could still believe... Well, I don't believe anymore. But I'm completely and utterly incapable of letting her go. Even when the show is over, I'll be hoping for a remake that has LSH in it.

And suddenly @rooseisazorhai had tears in his eyes. Aww. Ironic, considering your namesake is the one who killed him.

I think I need to rewatch S1-S3 again (for the 143358345th time). At least nobody can take away the seasons Catelyn was in, not even D&D.

Sorry for the double-post again, but ugh, I have my weekly "why was LSH cut!?!?!"-meltdown and need to let off some steam. I wish I had a timeturner, so that I could travel into the past to the exact moment in D&D's writers' room when they deciced to cut our Lady and then do this:

I don't even have the energy to be angry at D&D right now, I'm just sad. I simply do not understand their reason for cutting LSH. It's in the books and Catelyn is not just some minor throw-away character like Strong Belwas, she's an important POV character, who has been there since the beginning. Her resurrection does in no way diminish the impact of the RW, on the contrary, it makes it even worse and gives it more weight, furthermore Stoneheart's storyline is probably the creepiest stuff George has ever written. And with Michelle Fairley, the show already had an amazing actress to play the character. I don't get it. And it makes me sad to think that the other characters will have their entire stories told, but Catelyn will just keep rotting in the Trident. Fuck D&D so much ...

Yeah, it's too late for it. I feel like Arwen in TTT. Forever waiting for LSH: I love this show. I really do. I even liked S5. But no LSH means that the show will always be greatly flawed to me. I don't get it, either, Basil. LSH seems just like the typical shocking plottwist D&D love to do. It makes no sense.

They probably just postponed it like they postponed the Greyjoys and the Tower of Joy flashback. I get the feeling they'll do everything right in S6 after the mess that S5 was. It's going to be pure fan service. We got Greyjoys and Freys returning (possibly LSH as well), Tower of Joy and many other flashbacks, Ian Mc-fucking-Shane, Jon Snow's resurrection, possibly the collapse of the Wall and the invasion of the Others, and now CLEGANEBOWL is actually a very strong possibilty. Oh and we might finally see Cersei blowing up KL. I haven't been so hyped for a season since S3!

Up until now everything related to LSH has been ignored. We already know that this will change in season 6.

This scene made me so hopeful. If you thought the LSH hype would stop, you've not been paying attention.
