Actual text conversation with my mother: Mom: OMG why did you make me watch this show?? They kill everyone I like!!!!! Me: Well, there's speculation that Mel might resurrect him. Mom: But will he be normal again, or be like one of those white zombies? Me: He's be like Beric Dondarrion in season 3. Remember him? Mom: OHHH yes! The guy in the cave!

Well hey at least she remembers who Beric was, points for that Mom! I'm sure they will remind the audience of him quite a bit in promos before Season 6 arrives. I'm going to live through the unsullied reactions on Youtube as we say good-bye to the last season we can pretend to know anything about book canon and have our junk cut off to become unsullied as well. HAH.

My mum cried. Jon's death got to her. I brought up some of theories to console her but I also said that from this point on I likely won't know all too much about what's going to happen next in the show. She also thought Sansa had died btw, so I had to confirm to her that that was not the case.

They were completely broken by FTW. My text messages read like a phone call to a suicide hotline.

My mom started yelling at the screen when Jon was stabbed and then kept saying she was done and that the creators are idiots for doing this. Then I told her about the possibility of Jon being resurrected by Mel or warging into ghost and she said "I can't wait until next season."

Husband was really surprised by the Dothraki showing up. He didn't know they went anywhere near Mereen.
He was also annoyed that Sansa didn't try to escape on her own until after the battle was finished.

My friend thought the episode was awesome, but in her eyes FTW ruined everything and she didn't see that coming at all. She texted me this: "someone should really do a Queen cover of 'Another One Bites The Dust', but change the lyrics to "Another Stark Bites The Dust'" And I replied: "Another Stark down, another Stark down... ANOTHER STARK BITES THE DUST"

Here's a text what I received from an unsullied friend
Finnish "Pelkkää vitun shokkiwauta koko jakso" English "The episode was only about fucking shock"
He also said that it's getting quite repetitive and forced when the show is killing big characters so fast. He wondered that are D&D expecting people to get shocked after so many deaths so fast.

All of my friends who watch the show are pissed off and keep texting me to see if I'm alive.

My Unsullied friends were very upset about Jon, but overall loved the episode and the fact that nobody is safe on the show unlike other shows where you know certain characters would never die.

Yeah same here. My friends absolutely love these shocking moments. Credits to D&D from me, because Myrcella's death elicited almost as big a reaction as Jon's amongst my group.

My dad actually quite liked Stannis, even with the burning, so he was sad to see him go. Especially to the same person who killed his favourite character last season finale.
He thought Meryn's killing was a bit much, and a dark turn for Arya out of nowhere
As soon as Myrcella's nosebleed started, he said "Oh, the kiss" although that may have been because of my long exhale of breath after the prolonged kiss
When Daenerys was surrounded, he looked really confused, but didn't say anything - I guess he was expecting some kind of leader to step forward or something
He gasped quite loudly when Jon got the first stab, and after my long groan/shout at Olly('s existence) he said "Does that happen in the books?" and I told him without Thorne and Olly because thankfully he's not in the books

My friends are freaking out. They usually have me to confirm or deny if someone is really dead, but now we've come to a point where I don't know either

Just got a message in Steam from a gamer friend I haven't talked to in awhile. He said: "Hey you're one of those GoT book readers you said, right? Please tell me Jon Snow didn't really die. I've never asked for spoilers ever but this one is just too much and I gotta know!" I replied back: "Welcome to the hell we book readers have been in for the past four years! Nobody knows now because that's the last GRRM wrote and we're still waiting on the next book!" He then made some swear symbols in the chat and said he thinks he hates that guy now - haha!
