I think Brienne dies. Hopefully Davos kills Melisandre next season.

Also, they haven't really closed out the arc yet, Doran should be telling Ellaria what his plan is otherwise there's no point in having anyone who was introduced there this season (save Trystane) back next year and I'm pretty sure that's not the intention. |

Oh God no more of Dorne, please Dorne or the characters themselves? From here on out we're going to be seeing a lot of them in the future, so it's not like if they aren't in the finale we'll never see them again. Myrcella and Trystane are going to KL for next season and Trystane will be on the small council. On top of that the SS are going to be split up over Westeros, so we'll see them next season too. We'll probably never see Areo again though and I don't expect to ser much of Ellaria and Doran either. Mainly SS, Myrcella, Trystane. |

Ellaria was a main character this season though. I guess she will keep her status in the season to come.

Stannis and his men will bravely run at the wall for as long as it breaks! I wonder if it will be presented as a hopeless endeavour (without the means for a real siege) that will be interrupted by Sansa escaping. This would force Roose and Ramsay's hand since she's the key to holding the North and they would have to leave the confines of Winterfell in order to get her back. That's how I'd do it if I needed to adapt that confrontation. I like this idea and it could work to draw them outside Winterfell since they have no siege weapons now - no way they can just waltz right up to the gates. IF Sansa does make it out of Winterfell with whoever her rescue team is, and Ramsay finds out about it, I could see him going apeshit and defying Roose and charging out to get her and his Reek. I don't know if Roose would actually want to go out after her - would he? |

I wouldn't be surprised if the Sandsnakes are kept together actually. Either they're dispatched to Oldtown like Sarella (unlikely IMO), they go to hang out in King's Landing (either accompanying Trystane/Myrcella or in secret, like Tyene was in the books). The final option is that Doran still has a reveal of a new throne claimant to make in the finale and they are sent to find out/meet him (as Arianne did with Aegon).
