Unused tracks from the OST?

So I am listening to previous OSTs for the show trying to pinpoint where I heard the beginning of new "Forgive me" track (I think "Winter is coming") and I was reminded Dark Wings, Dark Words was not used in the show.

Also did we actually hear Watchers on the Wall?

While there is For the Realm which sounds like additional track for the OST, DW,DW exlusion still baffles me
