This thread wasn't up yet, so thought I'd make it. (Apologies if I shouldn't have :/)
Anyways, what did others around you say?
All of my friends loved it, with one of them calling it the "best episode yet".
Although I fear that their expectations are getting too high now, since they are all convinced that 9 will be better, and are trying to think of how. Many expect a Stannis vs Boltons face-off.

There are enough mentions of it to keep it on the forefront of people's minds, but the way that Dany treats it makes it appear a minor annoyance and doesn't give an indication that it is a huge deal. This way, the scene itself won't feel as if it came abruptly, but no one will be expecting the spectacle that they are about to receive. |

I'm quite surprised that many of my unsullied friends don't like the WW and "zombie" stuff. They prefer the political games and normal battles. Weird. They're completely fine with dragons, mammoths and giants, but "zombie humanoids" and undead skeletons are too much?
