Now time for SAG to follow suit and award them the best cast award which is long overdue. When's that? January.

I wonder how Admin is gonna feel about this. I don't think that's too hard to predict.

I wasn't trying to be a weenie about it btw. It's just that it being "the" changes the meaning of the line from a stupid cat double entendre to a way-too modern-sounding line. It was still a shitty line but it being "the" instead of "a" would've made it still significantly shittier.

I remember back when the series first started, reading articles about how Game of Thrones had been unfairly 'snubbed' in nominations ... I guess sometimes it just takes a long time for people to figure out how good it really is. It's funny how 'medieval fantasy' has a bad stereotype for snobbish types in the film industry unless your Lord of the Rings I guess. When I was a first time book fan way back when, I tried to recommend it to friends, who would invariably get the glassy eyed look when I started to try and describe it. Sigh. So many of us nerds waited and waited for the rest of the world to catch up.

My mom texted me the news on the way home and also that Peter won the Emmy, saying she was getting sick of the little shit. My parents love the show, and love Peter's performance. But for some reason they're afraid that he'll knock on their door, ready to take them out, and they won't see him through the peephole.

I like how I said 2 months ago that the ONLY award they would win is for Lena and yet the opposite happened.

I'm glad to see GRRM got a trophy as well, it's just as much his win as it is D&D's. Also, lol at Sophie with that drink. http://instagr.am/p/74MRLno6fT
